Leanne calls in from cape town and we discuss how south africa dealt with the pandemic and how being in the southern hemisphere was actually a slight advantage.
Jacqueline and I catch up and reminisce how we met and also how we adapted comparing our countries coming through the pandemic till today.
With alot of edits and de ja vu's. We finally got through this one at the studio. Special guest my old man joins me, Colin and Liam for alot of laughs for even our producer Jerry couldnt hold in.
The tripod takes a road trip to mount white, studio kreadiv. We catch up and talk about what happened over the break. Plus I get deep with mental fitness. Available to watch on youtube as well.
The first recommended guest from the listeners. Sound kit installed and with a beer can to pop, we catch up and enjoy memory road while explaining that there is no such thing as a sad mental fitness approach.
Blaine Gwinnell calls in for a catch up (who is previous guest Aunty Dana's eldest son) gives his comparisons between city life and suburbia. He explains his review on japan while also revealing a surprising routine habit which really helps with his day to day mental health.
My first overseas guest calling in from the United States. Ryan talks about what he and the country went through and still going through during the pandemic and it wasnt just the virus they had to worry about
Great chat to Ash about mental fitness, growing up into the big smoke and dealing with fears and insecurities. Alot to be learned here, nothing is permanent and nothing is overnight. Take time to hone your craft as we navigate through this thing called life.
The podcast host of "how are we meant to live" came on for the last one on one of the year. She has came along way since she first started in June and I have got a lot of time for her. Shes going places, physically and spirtually and im very excited for her and for you who gets to witness this episode.
Ps: no pigeons were harmed during or after this episode.
Originally spose to connect in April 7 months ago....but we got there just after election day. Great chat, great perspectives. Enjoy
His 3rd time on here now which he is very proud of. How to create a mindset and make sense of how to percieve the uncertainty around you. He has my first overseas guest over 3 years ago. Always a pleasure getting him on the pod.
Been doing this for nearly 3 years...what a guy. What a life he has lived..shares some interesting and great pointers to turn to when you are struggling throughout yourlife. All on the phone this one as he had technical difficulties with his computer but we got there.
Never had a live realisation that wasn't planned with so much impact. All the way from Barcelona. Enjoy
YNWA: "you will never walk alone". A man who's built his whole life on connection, consulting and coaching. I only connected with him on Linked In a few months ago as well. Couldnt work out how we hadnt run into each other before but worked out he had with a family member for years. Alot of wisdom in this one. Enjoy
What a guy, instantly connected to this bloke when I first heard his voice on the phone only a few months ago. Feels like many years of friendship. Sit back, relax...chill and enjoy a chat worth experiencing. (Sorry bout the music intro, we got a little childlike).
"The spiritual stigma has got to go."
Bernice calling in from Wales, speaks about her story...and if it wasn't for spirits guiding her, she wouldn't be here today. Very wise, very casually direct about is needed in life and what isn't. Was a pleasure talking to her unashamedly about all kinds of spirits and how they can benefit us navigating forward.
Ever met someone for the first time and not only feel like you've met before...but have known them for decades? Get the popcorn, this one has messages left right and centre.
He does drop out in the last 5mins but still then came Josh Holliday. A no bullshit meditation teacher & mindset coach who lives up on the sunshine coast. He talks us through his walk of life, what he had had to deal with and how he's turned it into an everyday success today. Great chat, could have gone longer..Enjoy :)
continues on from Sonya part 1.
Sonya Cavanough is a woman counselor and discusses every aspect of mental health. Her perspective on society and why its important to realise that everyone is unique and their situation is just as unique. I did loose her after 20mins at least I thought I did, re added in the next episode the last 16mins aka 2nd half of the chat. Dont worry though the few seconds that were missed in between were how she met the old man during training. Nothing important ;)
