Momin' Through The Chaos

We all go through a time when we recognize something isn't right. Sometimes we don't always notice it right away, but when you do you think "what happened? This isn't me". Recently I came to the conclusion that I was the problem. I was unconsciously being negative. My heart wasn't right, so of course, my attitude wasn't right either. I realized my hope was basically gone and so was my happiness. Tune in to hear some truth bombs that might be hard to hear, but might be exactly what you need to get back to being happy again!

I have found myself (both previously and recently) not "enjoying" my kids like I should be. I have been finding them more of a bother than a blessing. I think we sometimes slip into this mentality and can't seem to find our way out. You're not alone, and it's not talked about enough. Today we discuss how this happens, and how to get out of it. How to get back to being that fun mom you once were. Or learning to become that fun mom you've always wanted to be. It's not to late! You momma, (and myself), are allowed to have fun!

Breastfeeding is HARD! No one talks about it because of how magical it can and usually it is. However, that isn't always the case. I have not shared my breastfeeding journey very much. All 3 of my kids were all very different experiences when it came to breastfeeding. Today I share the raw details of each journey and how I almost quit nursing all together. Stick around because I am also sharing factual benefits of nursing you little one. But with the good comes the bad, so I will also be spilling the beans about some common struggles breastfeeding mommas have, that you may or may not experience yourself. Talking with your babe is very important. Sometimes it's easy to get stuck in the mindset of the day to conversations of potty and snacks. Today is about practical conversation starters with your littles as well as silly too. I also explain why conversations with them is so important and how it can help them developmentally in their adult life.
