Minimalism is not about having less, but making more room for what really matters. The problem with our clutter is that it distracts our mind from what actually makes us feel complete and joyful. We first must change our mindset before we can change anything on the outside.
This is such a fun topic because we all desire to live out our purpose, and in doing so, it helps us feel like we matter in this life. Living our purpose is how we find value in ourselves and can realize our worth. Our purpose is our reason for being.
Our strength and empowerment comes to us by learning and equipping ourselves with having the ability to love greater then our pain and suffering.
I once read that if a city skyscraper changed their bricks as often as we change our cells, we would visually be able to see that our form is not permanent. Our bodies, as fixed as they may seem, are changing continuously. Which means when we are intentional with our choices, it is in our control to improve our health. Together, let’s learn the best habits!

How do we go from chaos into a centered state of mind so that we can continue our day more grounded and focused, instead of being tossed around like a raft drifting out to sea? I’ll tell you what I did and how it helped me to get my mind clear to finish the day strong.
How is your health? If you are intentional with how you were caring for your body, what is something you are doing today to improve yourself. For me I just recently began taking juicing very serious. But juicing is not as good for our health; there is so much we can learn by what we add to our glass!
Just like it takes strength to be able to stand up without force or using our hands, it takes great strength to hold onto our convictions even when it feels like the world around us disagrees.
Today I share how my health plummeted during a very stressful season in my life and how I was able to not only get it back, but make it even better then before. I share my journey with how I have done this in hopes that my transformation will inspire you.
It takes intentionality to become our best excellent self. I have narrowed down three rules I have a for myself that when I follow these rules, they have defined and improved my life personally. They also have helped me to grow a strong community around me. Once we become aware of what is effective we will be able to live with our greater awareness, make decisions with intentionality, thus we become more productive with our time we have here on earth.
