Where does the Confirmation pledge come from?

The Pledge is a promise that kids make during the Holy Communion process in 5th or 6th class. Asylum seekers have been moved from tents at the International Protection Office on Mount Street in Dublin’s city centre to State accommodation in Citywest and Crooksling in southwest Dublin.
