It is always important to take a step back and think about the things in life you are grateful for. It is so easy to complain and take for granted what we have, so every now and then sit down with yourself and list all the things you are grateful for.

Sometimes reflecting on what upsets you helps you rationalize and understand your self a little better! I hope everyone enjoys this episode and I will talk to you all next week!
The last two years we all collectively went through something traumatic to our lifestyles. The changes brought on by the pandemic forced us all the change our routines and lives. With these constant changes and adapting to different ways if living, we are forced to learn new things about ourselves. What did the last two years teach you?
How much have you changed through the course of the pandemic? With your new found wisdom, what advice would you give your past self?
Time to take a trip down memory lane and see how much we have grown in the last five and three years.
In todays audio journal segment, we are discussing what inspires us. The conversation did also enter the realm of how to get out of a rut so in celebration of the long weekend there happened to be two prompts not just one.  Let us know what inspires you and can't wait to talk to you all next week! Welcome to my audio journal, Monday's Memories. Today we are digging into a personal favourite prompt—What is the best compliment you have ever received. I am so excited for you all to hear and I would love to know what the best compliment you have ever received was. Instagram:Mondays_memories
Welcome to Monday's Memories Rebrand, I am so glad you are here. Mondays Memories was originally a dream analysis podcast but the analysis became reflective and vulnerable—which I wanted to explore more. The next steps for Mondays Memories is to become an audio journal where I start each and every week with a journal prompt that sparks a valuable conversation. I hope you will join me each morning to start our week off in a present and calm state.  Grab your favourite drink, get comfortable and lets reflect together.
