hey Laura. great podcast been listening for several years. regarding hardship withdrawals, there were new laws passed in the bipartisan budget act in 2018 that change how these work. you no longer have to stop deferring or exhaust all plan loans prior to seeking a hardship withdrawal. hope this comment gets to you. thanks, Josh.
