Mining news is all go, with Albemarle (ALB.nyse) trying to grab the attention of the lithium market through an auction sale, leading to us yarning about the state of the lithium market. The Battle of Sierra Rutile (SRX) has become one of the most fascinating stories we’ve covered with the emergence of a host of colourful characters today. Hastings' (HAS) search for capital led us to dive into their books, which make for tough reading, while on the more positive note Talisman (TLM) shared some intriguing mineralisation hits, which neighbours Kingston (KSN) no doubt welcomed as they too launched a capital raise. We round off today with more sloppy trading behaviour, this time in the stock of ASM. All Money of Mine episodes are for informational purposes only and may contain forward-looking statements that may not eventuate. We start todays show with the most eye-catching story, the unfortunate announcement that 29M have suspended operations and are back to square one at Capricorn Copper. Following on with the Copper theme, we discussed the eye-catching rumours that Copper treatment charges have dipped negative, as well as Abu Dhabi’s largest company looking to hijack a Copper mine sale in Zambia. Next, we delved into Minerals Sands struggler Strandline (STA) then onto copper hopeful Firefly (FFM) who’re raising a chunky $52m. We round off the day with a couple colourful stories on Nova Minerals (NVA) plus a brief update on Centaurus (CTM). All Money of Mine episodes are for informational purposes only and may contain forward-looking statements that may not eventuate.
