When OK EG enters Varden itâs 8:30PM on Sunday. Itâs been a slow and steady build during the day, much slower than the day before, people have been given time to rest properly from a late night on Saturday. This is the journey. The ebb and flow of the forest. Itâs their job to get the crowd going for the last couple of interval sprints. They are well rested and ready. OK EGâs expansive sound is deep and diverse. Their compositions display a range that shifts between delicate, textural soundscapes, and spiralling, mesmerizing, mind-trip techno. They first went to Monument festival in 2024, taking a break from a residency at EMS in Stockholm to spend a weekend in the forest. They brought a field recorder with them and spent time on the riverbank recording the sound of stones and water. And listen to this level of dedication; while preparing for their live set in 2025, they used those recordings to write a closing track called Monument Stone. This is what they said about it. âIn the moment of performing it at the festival, we felt that everything came together. The crowd, the music and the site connected and it happened just as weâd imagined it.â During their set day turns to dusk. We transition together, ready for the night - the sound, nature, forest and lights. Hand in hand. Follow https://soundcloud.com/okegmusic https://www.instagram.com/okegmusic/
There is psychedelic techno, and then there is the earth shattering, mind-melting, wormhole inducing high-fidelity psychedelic techno of A Strange Wedding. A true master of cutting edge sound design and transcendental sets that have warped the very fabric of reality across the globe. This very special mix takes you deep into a galaxy of sounds, where each sonic filament is rendered with surgical precision and crystalline clarity. Tribalistic energy and alien textures combine to summon a kind of primal futurism. It is the sound of an ancient ceremony, conducted deep in the forest. Your gateway to the ancient future is now open. Follow: https://soundcloud.com/a_strange_wedding https://www.instagram.com/astrangewedding/ https://fanlink.tv/ASW
"This set was recorded at dawn on a Sunday morning, closing out a long day of incredibly inspiring music. I hadnât gone to bed yet and was so locked into the sound that by the time I started playing, I was already deep in a trance. I took over from Formant Value & Simone Bauerâs live set, picking up the momentum where they left off, then gradually brought the BPM down, leaning into psychedelic textures and trance-laced rhythms. Those two hours flew by - we were all locked in. Itâs a rare kind of magic to do what you love in a place like Refractor, where most artists stay for the whole weekend to immerse themselves in the community and support each other. Music has this way of creating deep connections, and you could feel that throughout the festival. We were part of something unique. And the crowd... what can I say. Even after a full day of dancing, they stayed with me through the entire set, joining me on the sonic journey I was crafting to carry us into the morning." Swiss-born, London-based artist TSUNIMAN has gracefully imprinted the London scene with their spellbinding selections from the underground, spanning raw trance, spacey techno, tribal rhythms, and progressive delights. TSUNIMAN's sound alchemy merges dark, hypnotic elements with ethereal vibrations, creating otherworldly soundscapes that captivate the senses. A resident at Klub Verboten and a regular at FOLD's UNFOLD party, TSUNIMAN has graced the decks at renowned institutions from Berghain's Säule to Macadam. Fresh off the release of his outstanding album âBerlinâ we welcome Felix K - a true purveyor of sophisticated, deep electronic music. His work explores the fringes of techno, jungle, dub, and ambient, building immersive sound worlds that defy easy categorization. Known for his meticulous approach to production and his ability to weave complex narratives through sound, Felix K has carved out a unique space for himself in the global underground scene. For this marathon journey, Felix K delivers a masterclass in patience and precision, guiding listeners through a three-hour odyssey that is as introspective as it is rhythmically compelling. The mix is a testament to his expansive musical knowledge and his ability to connect seemingly disparate genres into a cohesive, flowing narrative. In his own words: "The mix was recorded in my studio in Berlin. Beginning with slower Dub Techno, it slips into the early, minimalist 85/170 Drum-and-Bass era, showcasing plenty of those formative highlights before closing with authentic Amen Breaks combining with a sound design that actually anticipates the vibe of some of todayâs darker techno productions." Operating at the frontiers of electronic music, Spekki Webu stands apart as a true architect of his own sonic universe. The visionary behind the Mirror Zone label and a highly prolific producer, his work - including an excellent debut album last year - is a testament to a relentless pursuit of the new, sculpting a sound that is both boundary pushing and universally mind-altering. Offering some insight into the deeply personal and experimental nature of this deep trip, the Dutch maestro explains: âThis mix is mainly music by myself, upcoming music on the label and some unreleased tunes by friends. I have been exploring lots of different tempo's the last few months and also been reprocessing a lot of field recordings which have been layered a lot in this mix. You can almost say that this is a hybrid mix where I am live layering field recordings and processing them in real time. But the main focus is of course the DJ part. Slowly unfolding and blending from chapter to chapter, I don't engage my mixes as mixes anymore, more like this feeling of reading a few pages from my personal book. Minimalistic movements drowned in wider atmospheric arrangements within this story. A lot of this music in this mix has been made in the last months and dives into introspective moments. Blurring textures which have felt like clouded moments in my consciousness, like living in some sort of dream and moving on to the next stage. Preparing for changes. Waiting for new movements.â Follow: https://soundcloud.com/spekkiwebu https://www.instagram.com/spekkiwebu.mirrorzone https://spekkiwebu.bandcamp.com/ https://soundcloud.com/mirrorzone https://mirrorzone.bandcamp.com/ https://www.instagram.com/mirrorzone.records/

Whether for the dancefloor or for introspective listening, her selections are always guided by a distinct emotional depth, weaving intricate sonics with a healthy dose of psychedelia for good measure. Exploring the inspiration for this flawless session, Sybil describes it as: âIâve dived deep into the ocean for this mix, a wave through time, flowing between psychedelia of the 70s, 90s, present-day and beyond. A modern take on 90s chillout mix CDs, a meditation on the ocean, a sun-soaked holographic daydream by the sea ~~~â Tune in now for a timeless deep trip through the past, present, and future.
