PAUSE Take another deep breath, And let yourself just relax, Remember, this is your time To get your sanity and health back. PAUSE Sometimes in life, We feel love is amiss. It may be due to schedules, Separations, Or just not getting a kiss. PAUSE So, take a deep breath, And open to feelings of love. Where is it missing? Where is it not enough?  PAUSE Now, imagine if you can, Wrapping yourself in a pink bubble. And allow yourself to feel love, Imagine the feeling doubles.  PAUSE And see yourself, Out in the world, Finding love and attracting love, Like an oyster with a pearl.   PAUSE And breathe into the pink, That surrounds all of you, And trust that you’re attracting, The love that’s best for you. PAUSE And now, you know the secret, To getting love from the outside, But there’s another important place, Where love resides. PAUSE So, breathe deep, And exhale again, Then take a moment, And look within. PAUSE Because love on the outside, Is important for us all,  But lacking love on the inside, Can create a wall. PAUSE So, take a moment and breathe, Then whisper these words, “I love myself always in no uncertain terms.” PAUSE For the more you love you, The greater attracting love will be. Just focus on breathing. Feel your breath, expand and go deep within you. PAUSE And, as you breathe, just let your body relax. Visualize any distracting thoughts just melting away. PAUSE Peace. It’s a state of being, a wonderful feeling, that is often hard to attain. PAUSE With all the noise in the world, the stress of daily life, the demands of others, peace may feel like it’s  always just beyond you. PAUSE So, breathe. Breathe and give yourself permission  To feel peace right now. Just for a minute. How does peace feel for you? Hold onto to it. PAUSE Now, imagine if you can, the TV blaring some political nonsense, or the kids screaming for your attention. or the neighbors hammering a new roof. Where is your peace now? PAUSE So, breathe deeply again, and hear in a whisper  the words, “Peace is in me. I am peace.” Hear those words, and begin whispering them to yourself. “Peace is in me. I am peace.”   PAUSE Keep breathing  and repeating “Peace is in me. I am peace.” “Peace is in me. I am peace.” “Peace is in me. I am peace.’ PAUSE Now, allow yourself to find  that peace in you, that feeling you experienced just a moment ago. Find it, hold onto it, and keep repeating, “Peace is in me. I am peace.” “Peace is in me. I am peace.” “Peace is in me. I am peace.’   PAUSE And, as you walk out the door into the new day of the world, remember YOU are peace. It is in you.  And it is yours to share with others, so that they know too that they are peace. They look at Atlas, And hand her more. Oblivious to the strain,  Critiquing from the sidelines, While their arms are empty. PAUSE… Make time for self-care, they say, As if that lessens the load, And fixes it all.  A downpour of rain. Oceans of resentment.  LONG PAUSE… A silent martyr, Or a hero who’s suffered and evolved… Which will she choose today?  PAUSE… The raindrops have fallen before, And they’ve taught her that oceans of resentment, Will extinguish her light and energy, Consume her, Drown her. PAUSE… So Atlas stands,  Finds her voice inside,  And uses it to drain the ocean. PAUSE… She demands help, Respect, Love. PAUSE… She shares the weight, And stops mumbling under her breath, About the broken promises.  She trains the world how to handle her. PAUSE… For she is bursting with love and care, For every little thing.  She cradles the broken hearts in her arms, Fixes the cracks no one sees,  And breathes love into the blades of grass.  PAUSE… It’s easy for the world to just let her.  To be confused by her ability to hold and give so much.  PAUSE… So she speaks.  And shares, And instructs. So the oceans of resentment evaporate. PAUSE… And when raindrops trickle down again, She knows to shake herself dry, And stand up again. PAUSE And in this quiet space, become aware of your crown chakra at the top of your head. PAUSE And the more aware you become, the more you feel its buzzing with divine life, an energy that defies  three-dimensional words. PAUSE Breathe. Breathe into the crown chakra, and feel its pull upward. Beyond the sky. Beyond space. Up to the Divine. The crown chakra connects you  to the Divine.   PAUSE So, take another breath, and when you exhale, see the magnificent purple light  of the crown chakra on display. Your connection to the divine  is popping with energy. PAUSE Now, delicately  move your hands to the top of your head, and just hold them there to feel the energy of your spiritual connection. PAUSE As you gently lower your hands, acknowledge to yourself that the divine energy you hold connects you to… Your ancestors, Your angels, Your higher power. Welcome it. Embrace it. PAUSE Take another breath, and feel any part of you that needs to relax and release just let go. Just let go. PAUSE Now, visualize if you can,  a gleaming light of indigo blue  radiating from your third eye– that powerful space in the middle of your forehead. PAUSE And, as you observe that light, notice how it seems to touch…  Your intuition… Your imagination… Your dreams…. These are the essences of your third eye chakra.   PAUSE Pause for just a moment, and as you do,  imagine the third eye opening, widening its reach with a stunning indigo light shining out like a projector. PAUSE Gently touch the third eye, rubbing it gingerly to help ignite its intuitive powers in you. And, as you do this,  feel your appreciation growing for the ability to use  your intuition in life. your ability to go inside and find the answer. PAUSE Breathe in again, this time filling the breath with your gratitude for the third eye chakra’s wonderful gifts. PAUSE And now,  armed with your third eye’s finely-tuned intuition, prepare to embark on  the journey of your day with grace, gratitude, and an ability to  see your dreams crystal clear. Soften your muscles. Let your joints ease and relax, and prepare for  some time for you. PAUSE While focusing on relaxing, take a moment, and let your attention shift to your throat chakra. PAUSE Is your throat chakra tense? Are your jaws clenched? How about your neck? Is it soar? Tune into your throat chakra, and using your intuition, see if you can determine if  it’s open or closed. See if you can breathe into and relax any tense area. PAUSE Now, imagine if you can, A brilliant turquoise light shining through the throat chakra. It pulses and shimmers  with power. It is your power of expression.   PAUSE Softly place your hand  on your throat, and hold it there until you feel its expressive vibration. It is a powerful source of energy. PAUSE Continue visualizing the  turquoise light as it flows in and around the throat chakra. And, as you do this, acknowledge the importance of keeping this chakra open and healthy. When it’s closed, you limit your ability to express yourself. You deserve to express yourself. PAUSE Breathe in again, letting the energy flow freely through the throat chakra. As the energy flows, feel your appreciation  for the throat chakra  growing. Now, breathe gratitude into the throat chakra, and feel it expand even more. PAUSE Keep breathing and readying yourself to express your needs, your wants, your dreams, your desires, and most importantly, your love to those you see during this beautiful day. Breathe in happy, Breathe in more peace. LONG PAUSE… There’s so much that’s good, Within you and around. PAUSE Take another deep breath, and acknowledge the beauty of the love that is you in your heart chakra. Acknowledge your appreciation  for this powerful energy. Now, breathe gratitude into the heart chakra, your beautiful source of love. PAUSE As you continue breathing  into your heart chakra, you’re ready to move into your day with the energy of love and caring for yourself and all those around you. PAUSE Stay with your breathing, and as you do, visualize the energy center at your core, your solar plexus. PAUSE Visualize, if you can, divine, radiant, yellow light, radiating from this center. PAUSE Connect with the light. Connect with it knowing that its shine, its glow, its essence, is really the essence of you. PAUSE And, as the yellow light flows in and around your core, see if you can feel  the power of you in the light. How does it feel? Can you connect with  your self-esteem? Your confidence? Feel it fine tuning your body. Raising your vibration. Sending your energy out into the world. PAUSE Take a moment, and touch your core. Gently, place your hands on your core  to feel its pulsing energy. It feels wonderful, almost magnetic. PAUSE Notice that, as you physically touch your core, the energy field it emits expands. Watch the brilliant yellow energy expand all around you and beyond. PAUSE Take a moment and breathe, And while you're breathing, tap into the appreciation you have for this powerful center of you. Breathe gratitude into the solar plexus chakra, your core. Feel its energy enliven you. Feel it in and around you. PAUSE Now, breathe. And, as you breathe, see if you can connect with the energy empowering your root chakra, just below your spine. PAUSE Feel the energy opening that chakra, and releasing its grounding power all through you. PAUSE Now, take a moment, and breathe into that chakra. Breathe until you feel That red, grounding energy blending with all of you. Connect with that feeling. PAUSE And, while you’re breathing, shift your focus to your  sacral chakra, the energy center  around the abdomen. PAUSE As you focus on  the sacral chakra, notice its bright, orange light shining through and through, sparking your creative and manifesting energy. Stay with the energy. PAUSE Now, allow that creative, orange energy to blend with you, move through you, solidifying your manifesting ability. PAUSE Take a moment and breathe, allowing yourself to feel  how the grounding power of the root chakra creates a space for the manifesting power  of the sacral chakra. And delicious chocolate chip cookies baking. Take in the smells, and the joy to your soul that they bring. PAUSE Now, turn your attention  to your sense of taste. Imagine standing outside at the ocean, tasting a sweet salty breeze. Notice how refreshing and grounding it is. Feel how it connects you with natural life of the beach. Hold onto those wonderful feelings of connection. PAUSE Breathe in again, And gently rub your fingers together While imagining a piece Of cool silk between them. Feel your hands glide over the silk. Feel how sensuous and luxurious it is,  all at once. Bask in the luxurious feelings. Observe how they heal and energize you. PAUSE Now, breathe again. This time, through all your senses. Feel how full and rich they are, and how when they are nurtured, you feel nurtured. Know that you have the power to feed your senses, and in doing so, you nourish yourself. Take this with you always. Focus your breath on your root chakra, at the base of the spine. Breathe into the chakra. PAUSE While breathing, ask the chakra what it needs for you to be grounded. Listen with your heart, and visualize the chakra being filled with the needed energies.  PAUSE Breathe into your sacral chakra, into your abdomen, below your navel. PAUSE While breathing, ask your sacral chakra what it needs  for you to create in your life. Listen closely, and visualize connecting the chakra  with the energy to meet that need. PAUSE Find your core, where your solar plexus chakra is, and breathe deeply into it. PAUSE As the breath fills your center, ask the chakra what it needs for you to feel confident. Listen with your heart, and gently allow yourself to fill that chakra with the energies needed. PAUSE Move your breath  into your chest, your heart chakra. Breathe and ask it what it needs for you to love others  and yourself. Let the answer come. See yourself acting on the answer. PAUSE Shift the focus of your breath to your throat chakra. Listen gently, as you breathe into this chakra. Let it tell you  how you can communicate in ways that connect with others and honor yourself. Fill the throat chakra with energy. Hold close the throat chakra’s wisdom. PAUSE Now, breathe into the  third eye chakra, located between your eyebrows. Ask the chakra what it needs  to increase your intuition. Listen with your heart, and see the chakra filled with energy. Honor the chakra’s answer. PAUSE Now, breathe into your crown chakra, at the top of your head. Let the chakra tell you what it needs to deepen your spiritual connections. Listen. Visualize energy flowing into this chakra. Then commit to honoring the chakra’s needs.   PAUSE Take a minute, and breathe through  all the chakras. Let their energies come alive. Let their wisdom integrate in you. So you feel spiritually connected and fulfilled as you go about your day. Feel the relaxation all over. PAUSE Breathe into the relaxation, moving it through your entire body. PAUSE Stay with your breath, as it flows through you, with each inhalation, bringing deeper relaxation and tranquility. PAUSE Now, go inside. Go inside to that place where your Inner Child lives. That part of you that  can be full of joy, or that still has broken parts to heal. PAUSE Visualize your Inner Child. What do they look like? How is their attitude? Are they happy or hurting? Stay with them until you understand. PAUSE If your Inner Child is hurting, wrap your arms around yourself, around your Inner Child and hold them close. Hold yourself and rock Your Inner Child. Feel the love and nurturing coming to you. PAUSE Now, take a moment  to listen and observe your Inner child. What do they need? Listen closely. See if you can understand and feel  what they need. PAUSE Now, see yourself  holding hands with your Inner Child. Imagine taking a walk with them and comforting them, supplying them  with what they need. Hold those feelings close. PAUSE Take a deep breath now, and look in the eyes  of your Inner Child. From a place of love, promise them  that you hear them, that you will honor them, and that you are grateful for them. And when you’re ready, come back to the present and know that you are capable of healing your Inner Child. Any time. Anywhere. Zero in on any area that feels tight, and breathe relaxation into it. PAUSE Keep the breath flowing, opening your core and other areas. Feel tranquil energy drifting through you. PAUSE Now, think about what gratitude means to you. Let those thoughts and feelings come into your consciousness. PAUSE As you become aware of gratitude, set an intention to see how healing and nurturing real gratitude is in your life. PAUSE While in this space,  bring into your memory something you did  that you’re grateful for. It can be anything. PAUSE And when it’s in your awareness, observe what you did, and the positive effect on you. Then, focus on how it makes you feel. Stay with those feelings. PAUSE Breathe in deeply, and allow yourself to shift focus to a time when you were grateful for someone else. What did that person do? How did it make you feel? Hold those feelings in you. PAUSE Now, take a minute, and connect with the blessings in your life. Really give yourself permission to feel the gratitude at its most profound level. Let it lift your spirits. Let it send healing vibes through you. Let it nurture you. PAUSE And, as you feel the wonderful impact of these blessings, of true gratitude, imagine a little whisper saying to you that practicing gratitude nurtures and supports you.
