@1:05 .... the fed is not capable of "ending hunger" .... CA can't end homelessness, they've only made it worse. ...so also I expect the Fed's program will not really achieve this goal.

@5:30 .... what's an example of suspicious activity? Missing from the report is any statistic of the percentage of gun sales used in crimes that were purchased with a credit card. Generally this just sounds like a way to intimidate legal gun owners.
