It occured to me that in the recent attempts by some to banish the first amendment from the Constitution, aw hell let's not kid ourselves. they want the whole damned thing gone, that these decent Texas folks may be sitting on a gold mine in their tragic loss. Recent precedent indicates if you can seat a favorable jury ignoring law, you can sue for perceived lies and end up with a media empire and small fortune. Listened to the podcast with Bessent. I have concerns and see inconsistencies. We shall see. Hope El Presidente keeps Bergum as far away from energy as possible.
