It’s a lot easier to blame others or circumstances than it is to look within. If you want to know why your life isn’t going the way you want it to, then ask yourself what you are doing about it.Are you doing all that you can do? If not, what can be done differently? Is there anything else that needs to be done or who else could help in this endeavor? These are the questions that need answering before we can say with any certainty that our lives aren't going in the direction we want them too.
Motivation only keeps us going for so long. It's discipline that gets us to the end goal, not motivation. Learn how to use that as your secret weapon.
Here are 5 things I've incorporated into my daily routine to maintain a positive mood. Let me know if you use any of these or what else you might add.
Don't be your own Dream killer. Don't be the person that talks self-doubt to yourself and not go about the things that you really want to do, whatever it is that you want to do. You wanna write it down, map it out and take small steps every day to make sure you're doing it
So you've been presented with a new opportunity. This opportunity is pretty much an opportunity of a lifetime, but for some reason you feel bad, like you don't wanna let people down, especially in a job or a place where people may have been supported. So what do you do this week? We talk about it on The Thinking Effect. All Inquiries
