On this episode we sit down and talk with Russell Thacker who is one of the race directors of the Sulphur Springs Trail race that is held right here in Ancaster, Ontario. Sulphur Springs is the longest running trail race in Canada and draws ultra marathon runners such as Reid Burrows, Reid Coolsat and Krista Duchene.
During this conversation we got into Russells entry into ultra running, the history of Sulphur Springs, and how this year the race can earn people ballots into Western States.
