Mr. Joe discusses his ongoing mania, inability to filter his expressive language, and his latest sleep disturbances. He revisits the potential benefits of marijuana. This podcast episode was originally recorded in November of 2019.  It was the final episode before Mr. Joe was forced to terminate his podcast.  The sound quality of many of the older episodes have been altered due to the extended absence, and needed to be re-recorded.
