Why not do what the company that I worked for did in helping customers. If we did not solve their problem, we did not charge for anything. Hospitals would not charge if the patient died, for example. Only full success would be chargeable. It could work for Auto repair, so why not medical?

man, this was so sad. Throughout the story, I thought he would finally find the cure and wasn't even expecting such a sad ending:( I hope at least he is happy now in heaven.
