Description

Die Vorlesung befasst sich mit multimedialen Dienstangeboten, die über Datennetze realisiert werden. Dabei werden die Basistechnologien der Rechnernetze nicht behandelt, sondern vorausgesetzt. Die Vorlesung gliedert sich in folgende Bereiche: (1) Grundlagen der Erstellung interaktiver Webangebote: Medieneinbettung in Webseiten, Serverseitige Interaktivität, Web Services, Mashups. (2) Inhaltsbezogene Basistechnologien: Weitere Technologien, die zur Speicherung, Übertragung und Verarbeitung von Multimedia-Daten im Netz notwendig sind, insbesondere Sicherheitsfragen, Rechtemanagement, Abrechnung und Bezahlung (3) Multimediale Anwendungen und Dienste: Dienste zur individuellen Kommunikation (z.B. IP-Telefonie, Videokonferenz-Technik, Collaborative Media) und zur Massenkommunikation (z.B. WebRadio, WebTV). Die Materialien (Folien) sind in englischer Sprache, der Votrag (Audio) in deutscher Sprache.
