Description
Muses + Bruises is a creative audio journal and time capsule hosted by multidisciplinary artist Jenn la Reine.
This is a space for the soft and the strong — where we explore the art, ache, and alchemy of staying the course as creatives.
Through solo reflections and intimate conversations, each episode holds space for the beauty and bruises of the journey:
the lessons behind the work, the stories beneath the survival, and the light that still lives in us, even after the dark.
Because the muse may come and go —
but we remain.

Throwback episode from the summer of 2016 when I was recording my creative journey of relaunching my business www.reinexrebelle.com I came to the realization that while I'm here, living this life, I should get to know and love myself. Its been almost 2yrs since the relaunch and I've grown so much, I'm glad that I committed to myself on this day. I needed to reflect on this today, I hope this message nurtures you in any way possible.
