I've listened to your podcasts to fall asleep for about a year and a half now. something about falling asleep to someone talking about mushrooms and other fungi is just so soothing and fungi are also just really cool. I don't think I could sleep without this podcast.

25:20 - A lichen growing in Ecuador, Dictyonema huaorani, might produce psychoactive drugs. Among those substances are 5-MeO-DMT and psilocybin (4-PO-DMT).
