Joe Galante was former Chairman of BMG , Chairman Sony Music Group and Chairman of RCA Label Group/Nashville until his retirement in 2010. During the course of this four part interview he talks to us about his early days in Nashville through the 40 year span of his career and makes some observations about the state of the business. Joe has one of the best minds ever to work in the business as evidenced by the massive and enduring catalog he generated. In addition he's a delightful person as you'll see. We're pleased to present this first of four parts.
