When I really sit down and think about, my trauma started in the womb. It wasn't until I turned 27 that I was formally diagnosed with complex trauma - post traumatic stress disorder, on top of anxiety and depression. After my near death in September of 2024, I've taken progressive steps in moving forward with the support of my husband and medical team. I want to share my story in hopes you'll feel less alone.

Welcome to my first introduction episode where I'll be covering topics and trigger warnings and why I'm doing this channel to begin with. I'm not a mental health therapist or medical professional, I'm just a silly goose with a lot of issues. If you suspect you may be suffering from a mental health or medical condition please seek medical attention for a proper diagnosis. I'll be talking about experiences from the past, coping skills, remedies and things that have worked for me.
