The good news is, Max brings ice cream back.  The bad news is, he miscalculated and ice cream is now sour.  However, Aunt Murgatroyd gives Max and Molly a free pass to go back and figure out where they went wrong. Of course, the Trolls are also going to use everything from train delays and stop lights to turn the ice cream into sour cream.  But thanks to their quick wits and a bit of Math and Problem Solving – Max and Molly are able to win the day! After encountering a strange creature, Max & Molly go back in time to the San Diego Zoo in 1923.  There they discover a zookeeper had once tried to make all the animals seem more frightening to lure in curious customers. This includes the guinea pig with fake fangs in its mouth that they discovered! While there, they help the zoo owner with a problem. But when the devious Mr. Conklin shows up, the Problem Solvers become separated by space and time!

This time the Troublemaking Trolls are looking to turn Pleasantville, NY into Fartsville, USA, courtesy of an indigestible carbohydrate called raffinose. Can you help Aunt Murgatroyd defeat the Trolls before they upset the stomachs and noses of the entire town?
In a surprise move, Mr. Conklin comes to Max and tries to recruit him over to the Troll’s side! In return for joining the Trolls and handing over the Time Radio and names of other Problem Solvers – Mr. Conklin will reluctantly bring back ice cream.  But if Max refuses, the Trolls will un-invent soccer.  Max finds himself at a real crossroads where no decision has a good outcome!  What will he choose?

Of course, they still don’t have their time machine.  But that’s OK, it turns out there’s a secret door in the back of the supermarket freezer.  And speaking of freezing, the Problem Solvers are sent to Antarctica to help the crew of the HMS Endurance after they get stuck in the ice! Aunt Murgatroyd is back to challenge potential problem solvers with more riddles, puzzles and problems! This time the Troublemaking Trolls have gone back in time to see if they could instigate the dreaded Y2K computer bug and cause total chaos as computers fail at midnight as 1999 turns into the year 2000!  In real life, Y2K turned out to be a false alarm – but in the hands of the trolls, it could lead to a major, mainframe meltdown!
Max & Molly, now separated from the others, manage to make their way back to Osh Kosh – only to discover they are 100 years in the past!  While there, they come across a Troll plot to ruin the act of a young escape artist named…Houdini!  Can our Problem Solvers help one of the greatest magicians of all time, defeat Mr. Conklin and find their way home to the right no place AND time?
