Great podcast! So many knowledgeable guests come on and share insights. Marcus is a fantastic interviewer- great transitions, always keeps people on track and doesn't get lost on tangents unless they are completely relevant. Added bonus: his voice is easy to listen to and he's relatable. I use this as my fault motivation. Put it on for your commute to work and set yourself up for a healthy day, or while you hike /walk/run or whatever. Don't have an exercise routine? You will soon!!
