This week’s guest is Breno Arauja the founder and CEO of Boto, a no code platform that allows anyone to build and share automations and activities on and off the blockchain. Breno was previously the Head of Revenue Intelligence for Ripple and has been active in the blockchain space since 2016.
Breno recognized that people wanted to create automations to fulfill a range of on and off-chain tasks. So Breno took advantage of hackathons to build out what would eventually become Boto.
We cover the challenges, successes and lessons learned by Breno Arauja in founding a company while also starting a family in a new country.

Lexi Butler speaks about the insecurities that come with being new in tech and shares the brilliant strategies that allowed her to grow and thrive in the space. Her career trajectory led her to jobs at Airbnb, Facebook and Twitter where is currently Chief of Staff. This is a great episode of NFT Roundtable that reveals how this successful Black woman in tech went from zero knowledge of the field to creating the support systems that would help her and thousands of other Black women need to succeed.

Shane is an entrepreneur with a focus on Web3 and digital media. In the world of Web3, Shane operates as the CMO for Dynamic 3.0, a Web3 venture builder, as well as an overall strategist and thought leader in the space.
On the media side of things, Shane brings 10 years of experience working as a producer, creative director, and on-camera personality in all forms of digital media. Over that span, Shane has had the opportunity to work with NFL Hall of Famers, and A-list celebrities, and produce content for national brands that include Disney, T-Mobile, Match.com, General Electric, and WD-40 among many more.
As a producer, Shane has experience building, managing, and leading teams of over 50 people as well as establishing clear and direct treatments, scripts, storyboards, and budgets.
Outside of work, Shane loves staying active and playing as many obscure sports as he can discover.

GenZeroes is a series set 200 years after an alien invasion has left the world devastated, where 10 factions fight to control the future of humanity, and is slated to release end of March. HerStory DAO is an art collective dedicated to preserving and incubating the stories of Black woman creators in NFTs. They became known after bringing Black artists, collectors, and allies together to bid on two NFT art pieces by Black female rapper Latasha and an Ethiopian family of visual artists that go by the name Yatreda.
