Paul takes a last look at the last 31 days of trivia podcasting. He offers some ideas rolling around in his brain for the Dog Days of Advent. Then he tells a little bit of his family adventure at the Minnesota State Fair, including some on-ride content. Lastly, there is an honest and accurate reporting of Monday Night Trivia at Duluth Cider, since the recording was actually made after the game instead of before.

Let me tell you about our last full day in South Carolina, and how my family is super sneaky and blindsided me with a mini surprise party.

Here is the last Retrocast from our trip to South Carolina and it spans two days. Getting home was not fun and I don't want to do that again. Still, I think I learned a few things on this trip.

We watched Venom 3 The Last Dance tonight, and well it kinda tells you everything in the title doesn't it? I used the art from the original storyboards for the show art today because they are pretty cool.

It’s Day 31 of the Dog Days of Podcasting Challenge/Dog Days of Trivia, Paul is pre-recorded by a few days once more as he travels to the Great Minnesota Get-Together this weekend. He intends to probably do a bonus episode tomorrow relating details of his trip, but for now, we get answers about the late Don Herbert, and the song lyrics question from yesterday.
Not a reboot, not a sequel, but a show where in the show Matlock is an old TV show. It's a law show with a twist, and I love Kathy Bates, this is a fun one to watch.

I'm calling this a Retrocast, this is when I recorded a podcast and it is being posted out of order or very late, or I am talking about something that happened in the past and posting it now, and not back dating it, all for various reasons. This episode's reason is because I was away traveling, didn't have time to post, then came back and got sick and couldn't record. In this episode I talk about our trip down to North Carolina for my niece's wedding, and the first full day there that included the Meet & Greet.

It’s Day 30 of the Dog Days of Podcasting Challenge/Dog Days of Trivia, Paul is pre-recorded by a few days as he is traveling down to the Minnesota State fair with his family. Today as this releases, if all has gone according to plan he is there at the Great Minnesota Get-Together close to when you hear this. Included in this recording are answers about a famous dead guy with a really awesome name, and a song that was internet-famous back in the day. Then there are questions about a different but very inspirational dead guy, and a closing question about song lyrics.
I watched the Thunderbolts on the plane and it wasn't as bad as people are saying. I think the problem is it needed more screen time, like a TV show. It should have been a mini series instead.

It’s Day 29 of the Dog Days of Podcasting Challenge/Dog Days of Trivia, Paul is still anticipating his Saturday full of Fair frivolity, and he answers the tech and tree questions, and asks two more, about a deep voiced animation performer and a singer who found fame in the early days of podcasting.

It’s Day 27 of the Dog Days of Podcasting Challenge/Dog Days of Trivia, Paul has details about borrowing Robert Asprin’s Another Fine Myth audiobook and the rest of the series. He also has details of the outcome at this week’s Duluth Cider Trivia Mafia game. Then he moves to yesterday's candy answers and then to a question about Bruce Campbell and Ossie Davis, and a second question about a man and a large number of sheep.

Birthday Sushi is special, and one of the few times I take pictures of food I didn't make, and Tek didn't make, and share. Taskmaster is our new just throw it on and laugh show.
