NJAC’s service areas of Essex, Hudson and Union counties were some of the countries hardest hit during the pandemic, leading in COVID-19 contractions of the virus and deaths. Educational disparities in our area already existed but have been exacerbated by the pandemic. Thus we have chosen to focus our Delta Days on the School Board with students and educational stakeholders in mind.
