Ayurvedic Morning Routine
1. Rise before the sun
2. Take a few moments to recall your dreams and express your gratitude
3. Rise from bed and gently stretch your body
4. Go to the bathroom to evacuate
5. Splash your face with warm water six times

it's okay to love yourself, in fact it is one of the highest vibrations we can experience as humans. How can you expect friends and relationships to love you if you don't even practice self love or self care. You need to show the universe that you are working on yourself, and in turn you will receive people who treat you like how you treat you. Happy Monday! In this episode I talk about the shift...what is the shift you may ask? This is, in my opinion, how I transformed my mindset from being in the ego to becoming more aware of my surroundings and in line with my higher self. In this episode I use two books I've read which have similar view points as well as my own take on this. I feel like this mindset shift and more openness to the world has greatly benefited my outlook and perspective on life.

I feel like when watching fitness influencers, everyone sees the end product, the peak physical body...but we never see the come-up. As I have redownloaded the app ~once again~ I have noticed myself spending hours a day just mindlessly scrolling on social media. I couldn't even tell you the last three videos I watched because they just leave my mind so fast. In this episode, I talk specifically about physiologically why we are so addicted to TikTok. I am on a journey to become more of a producer than a consumer, but the process is hard. It is important to know when to cut something off that is harming your energy. I hope this video makes you more self aware, and confident to know what you need in this life. Remember , YOU come first, stop letting people walk all over you and disrespect you. Put the message out to the universe that you deserve good energy and good, high vibe people.
