We have a chat about what happened and why the show was not on for the last couple of weeks. Latest show is up and running , With a great weather window last weekend Gaz heads out to his favorite Nannigai and red emperor spot to try his luck. Out fished again by his better half Kayleen they return to the ramp with a lovely feed of red fish. Slow pitch jigging is all the rage at the moment so Gaz has ago on 30lb barra gear and the results didnt go to plan.
Alex Julius from the Northern Territory joins us on the phone to chat about the beginnings of NAFA magazine and its popularity with fisher folk all over the country, Alex is packing his boat for the Barra Classic so we chat about the classic and some of the legends of fishing that Alex calls friends, you can also read about them in the latest NAFA magazine Hall of Fame.

Cairns is a very good fishing location and Jase gives his secrets away on finding good Barra around the local estuaries, we then head up to the Tablelands and find out what to look for when fishing Lake Tinaroo , weed edges or Points or open water Jase gives us the low-down. Born and Bred in the Hinchinbrook region Jason has fished just about every inch of the channel so we really get down and dirty about drains and flats fishing from time and tide to wind and rain you will come away with different fishing thoughts.
Wayne (Coley) Cole from The Fishing Shed in Bathurst is on the phone from Karumba , Coley has organised a trip for 19 southerners to experience what the wild Gulf country has to offer from being boated in to their accommodation to catching their first Barra,s the crew are having a ball. The team from Kerry D charters have put them all onto fish and throw in some Heli Fishing and the team have had an experience they will never forget.
