My name is Yitz Epstein. I’m a Therapist (LMFTa), Healer and owner of Magnolia Healing Center.

I started NRP in 2018 with the intention of bringing widespread awareness and healing, particularly after trauma and abuse, most specifically narcissistic abuse.

Since then, the podcast has reached over 3 million plays and over 200 countries.
