Description
A show about the perilous state of the Golden State—and what that means for you, wherever you live. California is the hothouse lab of the Left, the nation-state creating the statist policies, art, and lifestyles of the future – and generating the political dollars to make them a reality in a community near you. Hosts Will Swaim (California Policy Center) and David Bahnsen (The Bahnsen Group, Fox Business News commentator, conservative activist) beam this weekly show internationally, from mostly undisclosed pirate-radio platforms west of the Sierra Nevada. [Intro music graciously provided by Los Angeles-based Metalachi, the metal/mariachi soundtrack of the near-future. Find them at Metalachi.com.]

So I worked in a distribution center for a different but simulator company to Amazon. That company very much penalized it's low wage workers for bathroom breaks due to the fact that many workers had to walk at least 100 yards away from their work station each way and that took time. If an employee had too much away time then they could easily loss that job. During the time I worked there that company had 6 people fired or quit for every 10 new hires (weekly). Low wage workers don't work for Amazon because they want to they work there because they need to put food on the table and pay their bills.
fantastic year end wrap up. i enjoy listening to two good friends sit around and banter. looking forward to 2021 and more episodes!
I first found out about this podcast a year or so ago, while looking through all the NR podcasts. As a former resident of CA, I find the discussions of current events there both informative and entertaining. Even if the trends are alarming sometimes. As CA goes, so goes the nation. I really enjoy the friendly banter, Will's stories about being a former commie, and David's sharp wit and crazy work ethic. Who gets up at 3:30 AM to start working!!?? I'm definitely going to remain a loyal listener, looking forward to many more episodes!
This episode is a great example of why I listen to the show every week. I don't always agree with their conclusions or interpretation of the data but I see their point of view. To Will & David, I appreciate the work you put into the show and the thoughtfulness of your comments (even though I spend days trying to refute them in my head). Thank you and good luck on the next 100.
loved the reference to Pirate Radio 100.3!!! very good episode overall.
Wow, did you actually equate a white doctor servicing on a school board as something equal to slavery in the 1800's!?
