I sit down with New York Times' best selling author George Galdorisi as we continue to explore how writing fiction novels can be usefull in developing national security intelligence. This process has a long history, but it is having a resurgence as we deal with the national security issues of the day. This is my response with the help of Father James Kelleher, The Rosary Priest.

9/11 Pentagon Hero Admiral Masso Citizen Sailor, Leader. In this episode I sit down with the amazing Admiral Sonny Masso. Natural leader and storyteller. We navigate leadership from High School to the Navy, to Industry, to Admiral and finally to Naval Historian.  Sonny actions on 9/11 in the Pentagon make him a hero in my eyes. He humbly says he was doing his job as a leader.

Tone Teamwork Tenacity  Leadership with Admiral Paul Becker. Admiral Becker has served our nation at sea, ashore, during peace and during war. He provided intelligence and information for leaders to make clear decisions in the fog of war. Along the way he developed the process of Teamwork, Tone, and Tenacity. Admiral Becker is a warrior and stage IV cancer survivor. We have a great talk filled with insight and peppered with humor.

Strategy Vision Seamanship with Captain Frank Michael. I sit down with Captain Frank Michael, USN (ret.) Frank is a man in the Arena. He led rescue operations responding to the  Tsunami in Indonesia. A year later he led helicopter operations following Hurricane Katrina. He was later on scene assisting with the rescue of Captain Phillips off Somalia. In retirement he advocates for Veterans and their families at the Military Officers of America Association (MOAA.)

The process of writing thriller novels to stimulate the national security planning process. His latest Novel "Fire and Ice" is a harbinger of the current war in the Ukraine. Catholic Priest Rosary Father James Kelleher. I recently had the opportunity to sit down with Father James Kelleher at the Our Lady of Corpus Christi adoration chapel. Father Jim is a graduate of Notre Dame, a holder of a Doctorate in Theology, and is know world wide as The Rosary Priest. His process of creating a detailed vision, communicating that vision, and building teams is a lesson in leadership every leader should learn.
