In this episode, you get a double dose of Projector wisdom with Alyssa Troob (magician in 5D, holistic coach, and Human Design specialist like myself) and me.
We explore how to decondition ourselves and come home to the authentic truth of who we are through the lens of Human Design, for a life of greater clarity, flow, fulfillment and alignment.
We dive into so many rich topics, such as aligning with our unique erotic frequency, understanding ourselves and the people we love, the importance of living authentically and how to attune to our individual internal compass through strategy and authority, how to move through people-pleasing patterns, cultivating a sustainable work flow and vitality for each individual, how Human Design has impacted our personal lives, and so much more.
Human Design is a brilliantly complex system which synthesizes eastern and western astrology, the Chinese I-Ching, the Kabbalah tree of life, the Hindu chakras, and quantum mechanics.
Human Design is a map of each individual's unique energy mechanics, which contains codes that can fast-track our understanding of self and how to live our most fulfilling, successful lives in a way that is uniquely authentic to each individual.
I see it as guidelines that grease the gears and help our lives flow more smoothly and effectively through a deep intimacy with and understanding of the unique facet of consciousness each of us is here to embody.
Human Design can help us understand our life purpose, our gifts, our challenges, archetypal themes in our lives, our sxuality and relationships, how our physical energy works and how to best harness its power, our unconscious tendencies and sooo much more.
It's an excellent tool for helping people sync into greater compatibility, through having a roadmap of how one another works.

If you're interested in diving deeper into your Human Design, I'd love to guide you on that journey.

Our bodies are designed for procreative sovereignty. Contrary to popular belief, we are equipped with the ability to be at choice as to if and when we create life, without external technologies.
I see the current situation with the overturn of Roe v. Wade as an opportunity and a necessity to reclaim procreative sovereignty, natural pregnancy prevention, and bodily sovereignty.
It's also an opportunity for the men to step up and take responsibility for their part, being that they are half of the equation of pregnancy.
Women have been consciously navigating natural pregnancy prevention and abortion since the beginning of humanity. It's a largely lost form of feminine wisdom that we explore reclaiming in this episode.
In this episode, Elsa Irle (Astrologer, Energy Worker & Women's Reproductive Health Advocate), discuss many ways in which we can reclaim reproductive sovereignty, including fertility awareness method, the little known lunar ovulation, herbal allies, seminal retention, and more.
These methods have changed my life after birth control wreaking havoc on my body for 7 years.
Disclaimer: We're not doctors and this is not medical advice. Use at your own discretion. We are speaking from my own experience and that of many others.
We live in a society that grossly lacks proper education and resources around this and this is a monumental way we can take matters back into our own hands.
This episode is geared towards how men and women can work together as a team to prevent unwanted pregnancy, and it's a crucial listen for both men and women.
Please help this information spread far and wide to the communities who need it the most.

Elsa has been passionately enthralled with astrology and spiritual studies for 20 years. She has been training in various modalities of energy healing for almost as long. Her own journey with reproductive health issues brought on by conventional methods of birth control, and her experience with unplanned pregnancy has brought her a deep understanding of the feminine mysteries of the womb and how to best naturally care for it. She serves others by advocating for their health (spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical) while acting as an astrology guide, energy healer, educator, or long-term spiritual mentor.

In this episode, we're restoring the sacred to the slandered. So many of the innately human, life-giving, embodied expressions of what it is to be alive (most of which are feminine by nature) have been slandered, shamed and outlawed for thousands of years. Sex, birth, blood, the body, and the earth have all been oppressed and repressed, stripping humanity of its connection to its roots, depth and power. In this episode we explore why, as well as how to restore our birth right to be deeply connected with and in reverence to these parts of ourselves and humanity for more richly fulfilling, sovereign, embodied lives.
This episode is important for everyone to hear, regardless of gender, as these lost parts of ourselves have left many aching for meaning, direction, connection, and aliveness in a world that has long been disconnected from the core nurturance and nourishment of the feminine.
In this episode, Rachel Ruva, Birth Keeper, Portal Tender, Apprentice to the Plants, explore all of this and so much more, including:
❦ Connecting with the wisdom of the body, blood, womb and earth
❦ Conscious conception
❦ Sx and motherhood
❦ Intentional parenting
❦ Sovereign, instinctual, natural birthing
❦ Motherhood as a spiritual teacher
❦ Sacred sisterhood
❦ And more!
Rachel Ruva is a mama, a birth witness, a caster of circle spaces and spells and a devotee to the old earth ways which invite instinctual renaissance and living reverence into our bodies.
Plants, womb blood and the familiar shape of a circle inform her work as a space holder and facilitator. She holds three in person programs in Denmark: the Birth Keeper Immersion and Embody your Female Nervous System and The Wisdom of the Witch Wounds, where women gather to do the work to re•member the living technology of our bodies and inherent place in the web of life. She also supports women as they walk the path of sovereign birthing, motherhood, cyclical womb-centered living, and nourishment with plant and animal foods as medicine.

Sexual “dysfunctions” (I don’t like the term sexual dysfunction bc it implies something’s “wrong,” which often isn’t the case) are symptoms of a deeper misalignment and are a reflection of how energy is flowing (or not) in the rest of your life.
They’re not isolated to the bedroom, but rather integrated into the whole of our lives.
Your body is a mirror for what’s out of balance in your life, a map of the unconscious.
The wisdom of the body is potent and often expressed in a way we don’t understand, and even get frustrated with.
If sex isn’t working, we need to ask what’s out of alignment internally, in our relationship, and in our lives.
In the same way that pain and illness are messengers, alerting us that something is out of balance or needs attention, sxual "dysfunctions" serve to bring awareness to something deeper going on, within ourselves or in our connection to our lover, if we know how to read the signs.
If our body is not responding in a way that allows us to sxually connect, it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong with us.
More often than not, it's the wisdom of the body/c0ck/pu$$y having our back by working EXACTLY how they're supposed to.
Learning to listen to the oracle of the body can reveal where healing and integration are needed. It’s essential to respond in reverence rather than mistaking the body’s communication as an annoyance or inconvenience.
The good news is, most of them can be healed when we address the root of the problem, which I address in great detail in this episode.
This episode is a generous deep dive into the ins and outs of the root causes and meaning of all types of sxual challenges, and is incredibly rich with invaluable information as to how to navigate them.

We’ve all been programmed by other people’s ideas of what sex, our bodies, and our orgasms “should” look like, whether through porn, movies, or other media.
In our society, our desirability, our “performance” as a lover, and our ability to “get laid” can get really entangled with our sense of self-worth.
What would sex be like if we could be free of preconceived, performance-based notions, with no expectations, no pretense, nothing to prove, no “getting it right?”
How much more pleasure, presence and play could you immerse yourself in if you let go of pressure, performance and pretense?

Attractiveness is subjective and can change, evolve and diminish based upon so many factors.
Much of it is dependent upon the chemistry between two people, the dance of polarity that exists between their unique expressions.
But there’s something in particular I find to be the most deliciously attractive quality across the board, whether it’s igniting sxual attraction, or simply a magnetism that entices us to want to get to know someone and be in their presence platonically.
It’s a quality that can be extremely triggering to those who don’t yet embody it themselves, and one that can be incredibly inspiring to anyone who wants to cultivate the same special sauce in their own flavor.
It’s truly available to anyone, and will express differently through each individual.
Can you guess what it is? (Hint: it’s probably not what you think)
In this episode, I offer a deep dive into why this quality is so magnetic, how it enriches every area of our lives, and some practices you can try right now to start cultivating it.

She loves to support people as they cultivate deep and meaningful relationships with their bodies and cycles. Laura trains groups and individuals in red tent facilitation, and brings practical Red Tent bleeding spaces to festivals and gatherings.
Laura's approach to sacred menstruation recognizes the systemic inequities that have lead to period poverty, inaccessibility of menstrual necessities, and global menstrual taboos. She believes that all menstruators deserve to bleed with dignity, with access to menstrual education and care, and with clean water. She is devoted to playing her part in stewarding a world where menstruation is truly respected.

It's not desire that's the root of all suffering, but rather our attachment to it. This is a deep dive into destigmatizing desire; learning to channel it as a potent fuel source for creativity and purpose; and how we can magnetize what we desire in deeply fulfilling ways. We'll explore how to work with healthy desire, as well as the shadow of desire, and how desire can be an invitation to come home more fully to ourselves and the present moment, rather than being distracted by it. This is a feminine approach to manifestation that involves flow, pleasure, presence and gratitude.

Naomi Batiste is your permission slip to express your sensuality. Naomi is a queer mother who believes any person with any body can be a sensualist and expressionist in their own way, just as she is. Naomi uses the non-linear movement method and self pleasure modality to guide people inward with the intention of sensitizing to their pleasure. These somatic practices are guideposts to connecting you to your innate bodily wisdom and sensuality. Naomi is your guide.
