Nope, gotta go in blind on this one like Brandon had me do.
This week we're talking about change, how change can impact us, and what we do to help cope with change if it gets to be too much.
We're back after a bit of a hiatus, and we're talking vacation and the need to unplug and recharge. It's a good one, and we're both a bit scatterbrained from the long pause (while we ourselves were recharging).
When you are all too aware of all that you do not know, ignorance can be bliss!
Infodumping!!!!! Learn way more about any given topic then you could ever imagine.
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we discuss burnout and other ramblings. At least one of us is clearly sleep deprived. Try to guess which one it is.
This week we chat about the foods that calm us down when things get a bit too much. I swear to you that this is not just another pizza episode in disguise.
This week we discuss the journey of starting a new job, and its ups and downs, from the perspective of just starting off (Brandon) and over 90 days in (Sean).
Aah yes, sleep, the ever-necessary but sometimes elusive thing we all need to do. Join us as we discuss what keeps us up at night, what we do to help us fall and stay asleep, and how sleep can affect your work and life.
And we're back at it talking about our favorite subject, PIZZA! We also managed to bring back Adam and Robin from our previous episodes and wrangled in another person to settle the great debate, Rob. Outnumbered by 2 for Chicago and 2 for Southern Ontario, does Sean even stand a chance of representing New Haven pizza? Tune in and find out! Also, this is a long one, so get comfortable.
In this episode, we talk about what we look for when job hunting to feel out a company's approach to neurodiversity.
In this episode, we dive into the topic of dyslexia in life and in the world with the incredibly knowledgeable Dr. Martin Bloomfield. For more information on dyslexia, please check out Dr. Bloomfield's Dyslexia Bytes website at https://dyslexiabytes.org, or his YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/@DyslexiaBytes Also, the aforementioned Dyslexia Compass website can be found at https://dyslexiacompass.eu/
It's what happens when a neurodiverse person gets on a subject they really enjoy. Brace for the torrent of information.
No, not like the game, and not like doom and gloom. Pop in and listen about what DOOM boxes are, how they relate to neurodiversity, and what we keep in our DOOM boxes.
BEES!!!! Not actually, bees would be okay but not ideal, this is much worse. Anyhow, after a brief hiatus we are back at it and dive in to the why, why we do this podcast and why we wish to be advocates for neurodiversity in general. Stop by and take a listen.
Come join us as we talk with Robin West about the path to diagnosis, difficulties, and benefits related to ADHD.  This episode has plenty of moments where Robin and Brandon go Full Canadian. Yes, food is also brought up. If you're surprised you shouldn't be.
!!! WARNING !!!! DAD JOKES INBOUND! This week we talk about the humorous aspect of life from the neurodivergent and neurotypical point of view. It's a laugh out loud episode, which somehow also covers sports... kind of.
Our first lister requested topic, we dive right into self-diagnosis and why it is a very valid form of diagnosis.
This week we discuss the interview process, both as an interviewee and an interviewer, from a neurodivergent point of view.
This week - and apologies for the lateness of the release - we discuss workplaces, what we believe defines a good one, and how to feel them out. We also talk about the path of finding your calling...career-wise.
