New Music Monday - Free music podcast by two seconds away

New Music Monday is at its core very simple. Every first Monday of the month for a year, we (two seconds away) wrote, recorded, and released a new song for free! New Music Monday first began in 2008 with a new song every week and all 52 of our original songs are available for purchase from iTunes. Its been awhile since our last release, but you never know when we might surprise you...

Kyle Blake: A two seconds away Special (iphone/ipod version)

One of the cool things about doing this music thing is we get to meet some other really talented musicians. So we thought since we're only writing a song a month for 2010, why not feature some of those musicians every now and then? To kick things off we decided to feature Kyle Blake. He's a super talented guy that we met back when we were at K-State in Manhattan, KS. Kyle just finished up his second album "Kid From Kansas" and it sounds awesome. We went over to his house and did a little interview with him and had him play an acoustic number for us. So check him out and if you like what you hear then go buy his stuff!

We put together this little video to go along with the song "Why am I in my basement when its so nice outside?" The basic idea being... don't let life pass you by.
