Today's conversation is with Hanna Udischas ( Hanna Udischas - Nexamp | LinkedIn) Senior Associate on the Business Development Team. Hannah has a wide range of experiences that lead her to Nexamp - from traveling aboard to Brazil, taking part in AmeriCorps ( Rebuilding Together AmeriCorps | Rebuilding Together), consulting at Terra Consulting, and now developing in one of our fastest growing markets at Nexamp. She is always up for a challenge and has developed many skills along the way that serve her well in the dynamic environment of renewable energy business development. Hanna is based in our Chicago office and she is open to speaking with anyone that is interested in Business Development or learning more about her background. Mary Schaefer is an Assistant Project Manager for Pre-Deployment at Nexamp. She has held multiple positions in her five years at Nexamp, and offers valuable insight on how to take part in Nexamp's rich culture, activities and initiatives. Mary's superpower is her ability to create connection and bring people together (not to mention her impeccable taste in music.) Listen and get to know a little more about Mary and the many opportunities that she's said yes to at Nexamp.
Satoko Wakasa shares her impressive education and career history leading to her role as Nexamp's Vice President of Strategic Growth. Wakasa has a clear passion for supporting female entrepreneurs as evidenced by her work at the Women's Startup Lab and in building the operational foundations for "Amelia's," an initiative aimed to empower aspiring and existing female entrepreneurs in Japan. Wakasa also shares some practical advice for remote Nexampers who are looking to stay connected to their team and the Nexamp organization as a whole. As I type this, I am wearing my 5 week old son, so I think you'll be able to tell the parts that resonated with me most. Wakasa is a mother, a leader, and an indispensable part of the Nexamp community. I hope you enjoy our conversation.
