It has been a big week in British Speedway, and we have 2 guests who have been firmly and deeply involved in the action. This week the GB Speedway Team begin the Speedway of Nations as reigning champions for the first time in 32 years! Our special guest is GB Joint Team Manager Olly Allen, who looks back on the momentous day last year, and ahead to this year's tournament where arguably a stronger GB team look to retain the crown. It also the British Final on Monday August 1st, we look ahead to another massive fixture in the calendar where not only will the 2022 champion be crowned, but the wildcard for the Cardiff GP will be decided. This week we look back on round 4 of the Premiership Pairs at Wolves, as well as the recent action across British Speedway in general with special guest Josh Pickering! It's been a week of firsts, first Super Heat, and a first win on the board for Peterborough..! We hear from Chris Harris, plus team managers on the night Rob Lyon and Simon Stead of Sheffield. Wolves clash with Peterborough was short lived, Sam explains the tricky track problems faced on the night. Meanwhile Belle Vue were fired to the top of the Premiership table thanks to a 17 point haul from recent signing Matej Zagar. We hear from the Aces top scorer, plus also the Ipswich captain Danny King on yet another last heat decider for the Witches.
