Getting rid of guitars because "we can do better with computers" is akin to saying we should get rid of books because we have iPads

I'm guessing you guys don't read comments on here...but I really liked Matt's description of beauty and living in the moment. And I can definitely tell how different you two are!

This movie was an amazing nostalgia trip for 80s and 90s kids. As far as lacking magic or fun, I will vehemently disagree. I absolutely loved all the references. It did not make the film less. As far as nothing more to it then "remember that", I think that shows that the entire point of the movie went right over your head, Matt. That wasn't about net neutrality. that was about stuff that's going on with video games right now with microtransactions, DLCs, and tiered versions of games that essentially sell power to players in multiplayer games. so the rich kid can now kick your ass in a game, too.

Ready Player One is a great fun movie aside from any deviations from the book. Sounds like "film snob" guy went in ready to pick apart anything and everything that came across the screen.
