Description

Sean Avery: A 12-year NHL Hockey career and one of the most legendary NY Rangers who called Madison Square Garden, “The Most Famous Arena in The World”, home. In a NY Ranger Jersey, Sean was the first professional athlete from the “Big 4” to endorse New York State’s push for Marriage Equality as well as the first pro to intern at Vogue Magazine during the off-season. Sean Avery wrote the best-selling memoir, Ice Capade, on the Penguin Random House imprint. He then transitioned into a brand-new acting career with credits to-date in director Peter Berg’s Patriots Day, Mile 22 and most recently, Chris Nolan’s upcoming blockbuster TENET. So naturally, the No Gruffs Given Podcast was the next step. An unapologetic conversation only a true narcissist like Sean can only have with himself, which people will hate, and people will love. Enjoy one of greatest trash talkers ever in professional sports on his podcast, No Gruffs Given.

God Bless you Sean. Have heard that song a million times and never heard it the way did just now after listening episode 90. Gordie was clearly tapped into a higher level of consciousness. Great episode, great guest, great song.

It is the OMHA mandating the vaccine passport so the leagues that fall under the OMHA must follow.

Okay people lets get real here. Dating apps are ridiculous. How about everybody get off their ass and leave their house, go outside and randomly meet some other people. Try talking to the other sex. Become vulnerable. Don't hide behind your computer, pretending to be who you aren't, to another person who is being who they aren't, so in the end you are being somebody the other person doesn't even want anyway. Holy fuck........if you're on a dating app you probably cut your toe nails at the gym and dont wear sandles in the steam room........oh and guys.....pay for the fucking meal you cheap fucks.

Happy New Year!!! I am a big fan of yours.... I was a season ticket holder for NY Rangers during your time there, read and thoroughly enjoyed your book Ice Capades, and loving your podcast.... I am also a huge Brendan Shanahan fan and I couldn't agree with you more about how his presence and how he carries himself has so much to do with his success and his likeability.... I am a teacher and I try to emulate those qualities in how I present myself in front of my students, their parents, fellow teachers and administrators. Keep up the good work.... looking forward to the next.
