Description
"No Such Thing as Normal" with Natalie Hayes and Jess McKeown is a casual podcast where we talk about all the things you’re not supposed to talk about, in order to help you ‘normalize’ real life, because really we’re all just a bunch of weirdos, having a completely human experience, in a society that asks us to pretend like we’re not. Natalie is an intuitive mentor and transformative healer, and Jess McKeown is a gifted Spirit Baby Medium.

Episode 50 of the No Such Thing as Normal podcast with Natalie Hayes and Jess McKeown is giving *friend chat* as we catch up on the fantasy fiction books we are reading and LOVING, and describing how indulging ourselves in this genre has affected our intuitive connection. Jess then talks us through a new way she learned to use tarot cards recently (you might resonate more with this way than others), we brain dump her next possible *spicy* entrepreneurial pursuits, and wrap up by dissecting the ways Natalie has been noticing that she unconsciously emotionally monitors her baby, and how that can create anxiety for everyone involved.
Did you miss us? After a long hiatus, Natalie Hayes and Jess McKeown are back on the mic to share their 2023 wrap up process, including the big lessons they learned and the fierce challenges they faced.
Then, get a peak behind the curtain of how they plan their year ahead, looking into insights from astrology (especially the two big moves of Pluto into Aquarius and Jupiter into Gemini), their guides, and tarot and oracle cards.
Finally, they wrap up with channeled messages for 2024 from their guides for the collective to ensure that this year is the best one yet!
In episode 48, the final episode of season 3 of the No Such Thing as Normal pod with Natalie Hayes and Jess McKeown, we went LIVE with you to channel answers to YOUR questions! We talk about how to magnetize what you want, how your spirit babies want to connect with you, what their timelines are, conception after loss, when to get pregnant, and why psychic information about gender may not always be accurate. We also talk about how to best handle being in the throes of Venus retrograde and the spiritual significance of black widows. We love rounding out the seasons connecting with you in this way, and if you couldn't make it live remember that anything that resonates with you from this recording is for YOU too!
In episode 47 of the No Such Thing as Normal pod with Natalie Hayes and Jess McKeown we are bringing back one of our favorite "humans", Lyndsay Diamond, to give us the low down on the New Earth, 3D/5D split she refers to as "The Bifurcation." We go into detail about what this split means for humanity, how it might be showing up in your personal life, when this all shakes out, and she even gives us a heads up about a particularly important shift coming at you August 1st. We also chat about the incredible role your nervous system plays in your ascension, the future of the internet, the role AI is taking on, why self-sacrificing behaviors just aren't sustainable anymore, how to avoid doing emotional labor for someone else, and (our favorite) how to make every single day a "portal day." We love Lyndsay so much and are so grateful she was willing to share her insights with us, and you, again! You can follow her for more updates over on IG @Lyndsaydiamond, or on her sign up for her upcoming containers at www.lyndsaydiamond.com
In Episode #46 of No Such Thing as Normal Podcast with Intuitive Mentor & Healer Natalie Hayes and Spirit Baby Medium Jess McKeown, auras are a hot topic, from Jess trying to buy a $20,000 aura camera to Natalie giving props Crystal Magic in in Sedona, Arizona, to Jess gushing about the new Aurla app she found to satisfy all her aura magic color needs! Then things get wild as they talk about the recent Las Vegas alien sightings and other alien encounters (Jess is still waiting for them to visit her!), the upcoming split in timelines to 3D and 5D, how they celebrated the Summer Solstice. Things get deep and personal when the conversation moves to how having children can sometimes change your relationship to your relatives, especially when they think they have a "right" to see your baby! Jess channels the Spirit Babies to get their take on the bigger picture of how lineage and family relationships work. But the episodes goes off the rails in the best possible way and there's just one thing to say: Club Uterus. The episode closes out with Natalie and Jess channeling answers to questions submitted by their listeners--if you want your question answered live on the podcast, shoot us a DM @mcjaguar or @intuitivelynatalie or send an email to nosuchthingasnormalpod@gmail.com.
In episode #45 of No Such Thing as Normal, Natalie Hayes and Jess McKeown cover the sensitive topic of having postpartum depression vs. having big feelings and experiencing a change in your emotional state after having a baby. There's a difference, but not everyone is aware of it! Natalie also talks about self-regulation with a baby, and how sometimes your baby helps your nervous system feel safe, too. And though we swear this isn't becoming a postpartum podcast (thought maybe it will?), we dive into birth trauma and how that shows up postpartum, too.
We're also so excited to support Jess and her five years in business as a Spirit Baby Medium. She is giving away five free sessions each Friday in June to thank her community and celebrate this milestone. If you want to enter the contest, check out her pinned post on Instagram @mcjaguar.
And we end the episode by channeling audience questions with a very surprising answer from the Spirit Babies! If you want your question to be answered on the podcast, you can submit to the Stories post at @nosuchthingasnormalpod or send an email to nosuchthingasnormalpod@gmail.com.
We're finally back after an accidental extended spring break due to mismatched schedules, traveling, mercury, etc., and we're excited to introduce you to an amazing guest! In episode #44 of the No Such Thing as Normal pod with Natalie Hayes and Jess McKeown we are chatting with not-just-another-color-therapist and healing guide, Walaa. Natalie had a deeply healing color reading based on her birth date with Walaa a few years ago that really impacted how she intuitively perceives the colors she's drawn to, and in this episode all our burning questions about color, healing, trauma, life, and the Universe get answered (mostly). We chatted with Walaa about her journey to color therapy, how she uses color to help her clients face their shadows and heal their trauma, the incredible work she's transitioning into next to take people even deeper down their healing path, and what various colors, aka spirits, communicate to her. As it turns out, the colors you are drawn to, or avoid, are subconsciously trying to tell you something! Walaa is so lovely to talk to and fascinating to learn from - we've never heard of anyone working with the frequencies of color the way she does before - and we're really excited to introduce her and her incredible intuitive gifts to you in this episode. If her work resonates with you and you'd like to explore more, you can find her on IG @walaa.colorways or discover your personal color archetype and sign up for her email list on her website at www.color-ways.com!

This episode is nearly 2.5 hours long and JAM packed with information about the Astrology of 2023, courtesy of our friend, astrologer and comedian Sara Armour. These transits are kind of a big deal, like once in several lifetimes big deal, so make yourself a cup of coffee, or pour a glass of wine, and settle in to receive Sara's *scarily accurate* and hilarious insights for the astrological year ahead. *We will be channeling more messages again for you next time, so keep submitting them to @nosuchthingasnormalpod or email us at nosuchthingasnormalpod@gmail.com! They explore sleeping training, unpack the pros/cons of bed sharing, and channel what the Spirit Babies have to say about SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). In episode #39 of the No Such Thing as Normal pod with Natalie Hayes and Jess McKeown we are chatting about how Pluto shows up generationally in the signs (aka why millennials don't have solutions), ancestor work and fertility, the massive ways our system in the US is failing postpartum parents, how isolating motherhood/postpartum can feel, and channeling messages for YOUR questions, all while working with Natalie's mom brain. Guidance came through from your guides and Spirit Babies around how to know how they want to be birthed, why they're needing you to parent from a more energetic standpoint moving forward, and answering whether or not everyone has a spirit baby out there. We also discuss how to navigate the sometimes harsh reality that your healing work never truly ends, and how to connect with the version of yourself that is 'healed' in order to help you out. Be sure to hit up our IG @nosuchthingasnormalpod, or send us a DM or an email, to get YOUR personal questions answered (anonymously) in the next episode!
In Episode #38 of Season 3 of the No Such Thing as Normal pod with Natalie Hayes and Jess McKeown we’re channeling intuitive messages from Spirit Guides and Spirit Babies for our listeners.
We keep it anonymous so that the messages can apply for the entire collective, so if you get chills while listening, then you know it’s meant for you!
We go deep with questions about women's suffering, childhood health issues, and chronic illness and pregnancy. Natalie’s course Intuition: Unblocked comes up as a resource to guide you on your spiritual awakening and growing your intuition, so please check it out!

We’re also following along on Natalie’s postpartum journey, where she introduces her new segment for the podcast: Fresh Anxieties in Motherhood. This week she shares the highs and lows of breastfeeding, including mastitis, tongue ties, choosing a formula, and donor milk. She also shares her experience with opting for the drug Cytotec to augment labor and then learning later that it is not FDA approved and can rupture your uterus.
Thank you for your questions and letting us know that you’re happy that we’re back–we are, too!
We're back for Season 3! In this first episode we are recapping 2022 with one word: exhausting. We chat about the two BIGGEST lessons we both learned last year and how we not so gracefully learned them, and then Natalie spills all the tea about her recent labor and birth experience. We aren't holding back this episode, so consider this your trigger warning if you've had a traumatic birth experience too!
Episode #36 is the final episode of Season 2 of the No Such Thing as Normal pod with Natalie Hayes and Jess McKeown, and we thought there was no better way to wrap our second season than with another LIVE Q&A! We loved chatting with you guys and channeling about the CERN hadron collider being turned back on, why pullings crystals and cards isn't really working for us anymore, and how we're connecting instead. Then we answer your questions about not choosing motherhood in this life, religion and exorcisms, dinosaurs not being what we have been told, setting up energetic protection, working as a healer in the mental health space during this time, how to access your Akashic Records, muscle testing, the energy of "New Earth," and the big shift that we feel is coming. Jess also channels a special task for you listening to this episode around the New Moon in Cancer. Thank you for another great season, we can't wait to be back for a third!
In Episode #35 of the No Such Thing as Normal pod with Natalie Hayes and Jess McKeown we are chatting with our third guest, Sherry Mosley! Warning: we do NOT recommend listening to this episode while driving, caretaking, or operating any heavy machinery, but as always you are responsible for the decisions you make and we both respect that and are not liable for them. Sherry Mosley is a Shamanic Akashic Record Psychic Medium, Asian Integrative Medicine Practitioner, and an Akashic Enlightenment Author and Teacher. In this episode she outlines how she came to be where she is today, doing the incredible healing work that she is currently doing blending both traditional medicinal herbs and, yes, aliens. She then graciously channels the Aqualorians, a 12D being, for a collective healing for our listeners! Sherry is so fun to chat with, and even more incredible to work with, and we're so excited to share her with you in this episode.

Episode #34 of the No Such Thing as Normal pod with Natalie Hayes and Jess McKeown could be triggering for some. Spoiler alert: we are chatting about the documentary Our Father on Netflix because we both had such visceral reactions to watching it! Then we get into what Cognitive Dissonance is, how to recognize it in yourself and others, and why it happens. This is closely associated with ego backlashes, but not to be confused with it since they are not quite the same, and we break down why, plus how to best navigate both if/when you experience them. If you're a self-improvement enthusiast, then this could be a very enlightening episode for you on your journey to deeper self awareness!
*FYI We recommend grounding before listening to this one* In episode 33 of the No Such Thing as Normal pod with Natalie Hayes and Jess McKeown we are getting "out there" with our second guest, Lyndsay Diamond! Lyndsay is an architect of the New World, medical intuitive, and healer of all things quantum. We chat about Lyndsay's incredible story of self-healing and overcoming her own trauma that ultimately led her to the work she does, how she has helped Natalie's wife heal, how she works with her intergalactic guides, what planet she's *really* from, what happened to separate the masculine from the feminine, and so, so much more. Lyndsay also reveals details about her connection with Jesus that we CANNOT get enough of, and goes into detail about how she can help reconnect you with your divine purpose and unique soul signature in her online course, Soul Print. We cover a lot of ground (space?) in this episode, and we can't wait to have Lyndsay back on for more insights around navigating our New World frequencies! You can follow Lyndsay on IG @lyndsay.diamond and check out her website at www.lyndsaydiamond.com
In Episode 32 of the No Such Thing as Normal pod with Natalie Hayes and Jess McKeown, Natalie finally announces her pregnancy, Jess opens up about her experiences with therapy, and we both share some signs that the healing work you're doing is WORKING. Natalie gets really honest in this episode, sharing the intimate details of their unconventional conception (for the 10th time), what they did differently that made it successful (NOT medical advice), what her experience with the first trimester has truly been like, and how she felt unsupported by the western medical system. Jess then shares what she's been working through with therapy, breaking down triggers and signs you or someone close to you *could* be dysregulated, and provides a couple of ways to help re-regulate your nervous system. We wrap up this extra-vulnerable conversation with Jess channeling some truths about the collective and physical discomforts of pregnancy, and chat about different ways you'll be able to tell that all the work you've been doing to heal yourself is working!
Episode 31 of the No Such Thing as Normal with Natalie Hayes and Jess McKeown podcast is our FIRST EVER guest episode! This week we invited astrologer Sara Armour on to break down what you can expect with this upcoming eclipse season, kicking off April 30th. Sara gets deep into the themes of these Taurus/Scorpio eclipses, what their significance is, how to work with them, what *might* be coming up for you personally, the importance of the nodes, and what *could* go down at the collective level (#fate). We loved chatting with Sara and she even shed some light on our personal charts! She also graciously created a code for our listeners only if you'd like to book a reading with her. You can find her on Instagram @saraarmour and @themoonual and use code NONORMAL on her website for an exclusive discount on her offerings!
In episode 30 of the No Such Thing as Normal with Natalie Hayes and Jess McKeown podcast, we are discussing Jess's recent spiritual journey to Joshua Tree, what universal laws are and the two biggest we've worked with, and a little about the upcoming full moon in Libra. Jess goes into detail about what came up for her on her birthday trip to Joshua Tree, and how everything has been integrating since, and then we deep dive into the universal law of non-interference and the law of attraction, and the roles they play in our healing, spiritual journey's, and manifestation. Turns out, your guides ALWAYS want to help you out, there are just certain circumstances in which they literally can't! We then wrap up this episode by touching on themes that could be coming up for you around this upcoming full moon in Libra on April 16th, and announce something new we'd love to bring to you on this podcast.
