Bryan Kohberger Sentencing: Justice for the University of Idaho Victims

November 13, 2022. Moscow, Idaho. Four bodies of University of Idaho students are found in the 1122 King Road home. So many questions are raised: "Who could've done this" "Why these kids?" "Was it a targeted attack?" "Are we safe?"It wasn't until December 31, 2022 when suspect, now guilty murderer, Bryan Kohberger was arrested in his Pennsylvania home. Kohberger pled guilty to the murders of Ethan Chapin, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Kaylee Goncalves on July 2, 2025 and his sentencing is this Wednesday, July 23, 2025.From the beginning of this tragic event, NonStop Local KHQ has covered extensively on the case that shocked the world nearly three years ago. Now, NonStop Local KHQ anchors, Sean Owsley, Hayley Guenthner, and John Webb sit down to discuss the sequence of events leading up to Bryan Kohberger's eventual plea deal. But more importantly, they shine a light on the students; not how they died, but how they lived.NonStop Local KHQ presents: The Idaho Murders: Justice for the VictimsSubscribe to NonStop Local on YouTube - @NonStopLocalKHQSpokane

Spokane Protest and Riots on May 31st: The view from Spokane Police

Welcome to another Q6 Extra. I'm Kevin Kim and today, we're talking about Sunday - two Sunady's to be specific: May 31 and June 7. I sat down with Spokane Police Sergeant Terry Preuninger at the Spokane County courthouse, where most of this past Sunday's peaceful protest took place. I wanted to understand what officers on the ground were going through, what they were seeing, and what we can all do as a community to make sure violence doesn't occur again. We talked about May 31, including the peaceful protest, mentality of law enforcement throughout the day and night, and what led to the looting and riots that night. We also talked about this upcoming Sunday, June 7. Another peaceful protest is planned, just like May 31... but what needs to be done, so the night of May 31 doesn't happen again? Listen to our full conversation in the podcast below.
