We are a bunch of silly individuals who are all about having fun while being creative. Our goal was to create silly, enjoyable content with our friends, and that's exactly what we did.

In this wild ride of an episode, Rob and Mykah welcome 5-time Emmy Award-winner Jason Van Sickel to the chaos. Expect plenty of laughs as they swap stories about everything that could (and did) go wrong on set. They dive into the headaches of pricing film services, the stark contrast between boring setups and dazzling final products, and how AI is shaking up the industry. Oh, and did we mention Rob and Jason are making a film together in Texas? Tune in for advice, mishaps, and a whole lot of nonsense! Follow us: linktr.ee/justplainnonsense
Before they started recording this episode, they were discussing ordering food, to be delivered during the podcast. They ultimately decided against it and, instead just talked about food for 35 minutes. Then, Rob tries to convince Amanda that her baby is operating her from inside as if she were a mech suit and, if she were to go swimming, she is basically a submarine for the baby. After a while, they get back on the topic of food, but this time, Mykah wants to swim in a tub of ice cream and drink it from her hair. What can the government do? Speaking of hair, Shane does his best to convince Mykah to shave her hair off, but to no avail. Follow us: https://linktr.ee/justplainnonsense
They have been talking about bringing their parents on the podcast for a while. Today, it finally happened. Rob's dad, Bob shows up to spill the tea about Rob's childhood. They begin by learning about Rob's dad and the fact that he went from being an athiest to an ordained minister, he was a security guard and a bounty hunter, all at the same time. And, in typical Nonsense.Podcast fashion, the conversation takes a misguided turn and they end up debating the practicality of why pirates wore eye patches in the early 1700s. When they get back on track, we learn all kinds of interesting things about Rob's past and we hear Bob's side of several of the stories told by Rob on previous episodes. Get ready for some adulting! The JPN crew discuss what they do for work, outside of the podcast and YouTube channel. They start by explaining what each of them do, then, move on to the things they like and don't like about it. They attempt to encourage us to find our passion and to push ourselves to be the best at what we do, and they wrap it up by trying to figure out how to work less and get paid more. Follow us: https://linktr.ee/justplainnonsense
The JPN Crew have been out of touch for a little while, so they decided to fill everyone in on what's been going on in their lives. We learn that Mykah has been utilizing her writing talents for personal and professional projects, Shane and Amanda's property was surveilled by the government while they were away on vacation, and Rob has been doing nothing but working out and working. Get ready for some adulting. Follow us: https://linktr.ee/justplainnonsense
You ever get to work and just want to go home immediately? Just get severed and you won't have to worry about that anymore. After watching  @AppleTV 's Severance, Mykah and Rob have learned that there are some pros to getting severed and some real cons. This duo discuss all things Severance including their thoughts on the severance process, their surprise that Zoolander himself, Ben Stiller, is heavily involved in this incredible psychological thriller, and their predictions and excitement for season 2. 22 minutes after episode 49 ended, the crew continue on with stories from their pasts: Amanda buried a rock, Rob lost a tooth from a croquet ball, we learn that Shane's mom will scream about nearly anything, and Mykah thought her mom used to drive a Dasani (the world's most disgusting water). After a two-year hiatus, we're back with a new crew...well, sorta. They've been on episodes here and there but now they're here to stay. The new crew already know each other but want to give you, the viewer, the opportunity to get to know them as well; and what other way to do that than to tell embarrassing, self-incriminating stories from their lives. They begin by discussing how they all met each other: Rob couldn't breathe when he first met Mykah, and Shane and Amanda were part of the world's most adorable meet-cute. They move on to Questions in a Bowl, where they create their own conspiracy theories, decide which superhero power they would like to have, why they may have gotten arrested, and Shane contemplates his options for relocating Jerry. What is your favorite subject in school? Do you know what a lemur sounds like? How should you handle debt consolidation? Just a few of the standard questions every kid should know the answer to. Rob and Michael are joined by Rob's longtime friend, Jake and Jake's son, Eli, as well as Michael's oldest daughter, Riley. The guys ask the kids some big questions about life and, in the process, do their best to imitate different animal sounds. Hear ye, hear ye! Come one, come all to The Great Carn-Evil War! Rob and Michael are joined by Shane and Amanda as they share their incredible carnival and fair-going stories. Rob exposes the true heinousness that are the carnival scams...games, I mean games. And Michael warns of the impending Great Carn-Evil War, as they reveal who they believe will be the victors and the vanquished. Everybody hates having to go to the hospital, especially if you have to go 3 times in one week. Well, Michael found himself at the mercy of emergency room doctors multiple times during the bloodiest week. He tells Rob and Shane about the doctor who played a game of chess for 27 minutes and the other doctor who basically gave him a lap dance. Then, we find out how some men are just big babies when they get sick. You ever notice strange things happen that don't appear to have any cause; like, they just happen? Well, we are going to talk about several things that we have noticed, such as how Thomas Jefferson and John Adams are coincidentally linked, as well as how a man was killed with a bullet 20 years after it had been fired at him. The guys talk about the absurd reality that is the 27 club, while also revealing their Power Ranger crushes. And Michael tells a story about how he ended up in court wearing another man's pants. Josh had so many thought-provoking questions that we had to make a part 2. He starts it off with some simple questions such as, "If you could eat in only one restaurant for the rest of your life, which restaurant would it be?" Of course they would start off talking about food. Then, Josh gets a little more serious, "If you could save only one thing from your burning house, what would it be?" And, as they always do, the guys get distracted by playing with a jar full of Orbeez, which they begin throwing at each other like a bunch of children. Did Carole Baskin kill her husband? The Netflix phenomenon known as Tiger King (Joe Exotic) has become so big that everyone is talking about it. Rob, Michael, Hey Girl and our friend, Davee came together to discuss the events of the documentary and the fallout to come, including a prophecy that Michael is adamant will come to pass. You ever been in trouble? Well, we have, and we're gonna tell you about it. Rob tells the story about when he, and his best friend, got kicked out of the local Wal-Mart because they were jousting in the toy aisle. You'll understand why Michael had the nickname Spiderman at one point in his life; it has something to do with the sound "Hooteyhoo". And, you'd never have guessed how Josh set his face on fire. You'll also learn that Michael was terrible to his younger sister, Ashley. Watch the video podcast here: https://youtu.be/4gZIrc4dLMA Follow us: https://linktr.ee/justplainnonsense
Have you ever seen a Mophinroo? What the heck is a Kangdolkey? Take a seat; we'll tell you all about it. Michael asks Gage, Josh and Rob to create an animal that is made up of 3 other animals. But, not before getting them to design a robot with any 3 traits their brains could imagine. Michael may, or may not, have devised a big-butt, coffee-pooping portable Rob-bot. If you could have one supernatural ability, what would it be? And how would you make money with it? Josh asks Rob and Michael questions to get their noodles flowing. The guys answer questions like, "If you could eliminate any one type of insect permanently from the Earth, what would you get rid of?" and they discuss the environmental impact their answers would have. Then, they get a little deeper with questions such as, "What is the single most valuable thing you've ever learned?" Obviously they get off track with a bunch of puns, movie references and the way-off-topic stories that we love. You know how they say that dogs are man's best friend? Well, dogs are awesome! And so are cats and bearded dragons. Amanda and Shane join Michael and Rob to ride this emotional roller coaster of an episode, discussing their weirdest pets, fantasy pets, the times their pets were murdered and the silly situations their pets have gotten themselves into. At one point there's talk about the desire to own a 50 pound goldfish, one of them wants to own a tiger and they all agree that they want to hang out with a sugar glider. Gage and J-Willy join Michael and Rob in this distracted, tangential episode. Good luck following along as the guys take you on a discussion thread that follows multiple trains of thought, sometimes simultaneously. This episode takes us back to our roots where they talk randomly about everything from spending too much time on your phone after you've fallen down the "Suggested Video" rabbit hole, to keeping years worth of birthday cake in your fridge because you forgot it was there. Hey Girl, Pedro (Mark) and Podgey (Audri) join Michael and Rob in this discussion about different forms of bullying that happen throughout your life, from being bullied at school, bullied by horrible bosses, and even bullied by those who claim to love you. Two of the people in this episode admit to having actually been bullies. Can you guess which ones?
