Or indeed, if you want to get in to running - be it as a serious athlete, for fitness, or as a volunteer in the running community.As well as the amazing views and varying terrain types (road, woodland, beach, trail...), it turns out that if you take up running here, you will be very well supported in your endeavors.Perhaps taking up running is something you've been considering for 2022? Norfolk is blessed with beautiful beaches and a day at the beach is a key component of any Norfolk Summer.It's important to enjoy our beaches safely, and being a county with the sea around it, the RNLI is a major part of Norfolk coastal life.
