1 Corinthians 9:1–12 reminds us that serving the Lord sometimes means setting aside our personal rights for the sake of the Gospel. Paul shows us that true ministry is not about what we can gain, but what we can give to help others know Christ. Even when we deserve recognition or reward, our greatest joy is found in faithfully fulfilling the calling God has placed on our lives. This passage encourages us to persevere in humble service, trusting that God sees and honors our sacrifices. Let us be inspired to live selflessly, knowing that eternal rewards far outweigh temporary hardships.
