Other types of criticism may have had you beheaded. One definition states the expression of disapproval of someone or something based on perceived faults or mistakes. Having someone to reach out to can sometimes be the biggest journey. The main reason for that can be trust. Trust walls usually go up do to past trauma. That trauma can sometimes put an individual in a very introverted lifestyle. Which can't be good. Maybe with time, try to develop an outlet. Outlets don't always have to be people.
