I'm not a pro by any means...not a pro athlete, not a pro psychologist, or really a pro anything. But just because you're not a "pro" doesn't mean you still can't be great at what you do! My goal is to bring on great athletes and figures in the sports world to learn about how they operate and how they got to where they are, to hopefully inspire, motivate, and educate up and coming athletes like you, so you can be the best version of yourself possible.

I had the pleasure of speaking with  Val Whiting on this episode, She is a former professional basketball player who also was a standout and Stanford, winning 2 Pac 12 Player of the Year awards, 2 time All American, and 2 time National Champ, along with tons of other accolades. Along with a ton of on court accolades she was also an Emmy nominee, ESPY finalist, a Nike sponsored athlete, and featured on Sports Illustrated Magazine.
