🎙️ Welcome to the Not So Christian Brothers Podcast!

New episodes every Thursday @ 6 PM IST | Weekend "After Show" every Sunday @ 8 AM IST.

Meet veteran Irish radio broadcaster Colm Hayes (RTÉ, FM104, Ireland’s Classic Hits) and his brother, renowned high-performance coach, psychologist, and entrepreneur Justin Caffrey. They might share the same DNA, but they couldn’t be more different.

Together, they host Ireland's most candid podcast on modern masculinity, mental health, business strategy, and lifestyle. No topics are off-limits. From sobriety, marriage, and grief to fatherhood, business failures, global politics, and Dublin childhood memories—they take the sacred cows of modern life and give them a good old-fashioned grilling.

Every 30-minute episode tackles burning listener DMs with zero filter, sharp Irish wit, and plenty of banter. Then, on Sundays, they are joined by their fearless producer Rebecca Horan and "Terry Tech" for a loose, unscripted After-Show where they pull back the curtain on the chaos, call out contradictions, and share unfiltered lifestyle and health optimization hacks.

Unscripted. Unpolished. Unholy. But always worth tuning in.
