You have heard that hard work and dedication are the keys to success. Discipline and that cant stop wont stop mindset. But there is something else! It doesn't matter how much you work, how many reps you do...if you dont have this trait you will NOT make it. There are many that dont work as hard as you do, that are NOT dedicated like you are but are more successful than YOU because they have this trait.  The difference between MJ and Lebron is not talent, not physical ability, not skill level. It is MJ having more of this trait than Lebron! The Secret to your Success is....!

Basketball is considered an intermittent high-intensity sport that requires mainly anaerobic metabolism. Done continuously over 30-40 minutes it has some components of aerobatic metabolism. Shaun T trains you to get ready to excel. Reason 1: Insanity utilizes maximal interval training. This is where you are moving for at least 3 minutes at a time. Because of this, you are hitting the aerobic portion of the workout hard Reason 2: Basketball is a game of rhythm and rhythm requires hand and foot coordination. Insanity does a great job of working on these motor skills. Reason 3: Stretch and cool down. Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints.
