Description

Having trouble sleeping?  Join Yoga and meditation teacher Kathryn Nicolai for bedtime stories where nothing much happens to help you relax and sleep peacefully. The stories are a soft landing spot for your mind. Rather than letting your brain race through the same thoughts you’ve been chasing all day, we are taking a detour to a calm and comfy place. We tell the story twice and go a bit slower the second time.

I used to fall asleep to crime shows/scary stories but started having bad dreams recently. i just found your podcast tonight, in the middle of the night, after waking up from a bad dream. Your voice has me bundled up, back in bed, ready to drift off peacefully to sleep. thank you.

Dogs will be happy to see their owner even if it's a criminal lol they don't care who feeds and pets them, as along as someone does. please stop with this "dogs are too good for people who fight cancer and do nice things" nonsense. it's doesn't help make it relaxing.

Oh my. Do not listen to this while driving ( unless you need to mellow out some serious road rage ). I started to check out an episode, and it sounds like a beautiful guided meditation, practically hypnotic. I believe you will sleep well! 😴📴💡

I just love how calming these stories are. Usually don't make it through the first telling.

At first, I loved the stories, then I started loving the sleep I was getting. Now, I'm somewhat disappointed that I almost always fall asleep halfway thru the first telling. It's wonderful and I want to say thank you. I'm going back thru the episodes and trying to stay awake. Can't. You may have saved my life!
