Notice and Create

This episode (initially recorded in April 2025... ups) will cover my journey so far with self-expression and how difficult it can be to sometimes simply trust yourself and your own ideas. In this second episode of Notice & Create, I'll talk about making space for creativity, the entanglement between procrastination and perfectionism, or the fear of challenging already set ideas of yourself.
