Okay. So I'm putting this piece of content out because I'm tired of being called things such as rude, anti-social, and so on. I guess, as fellow introverts, some of you too have a little bit of experience with that. I hope you have fun listening to this. Take care. And until next time.

It will save you money, times, energy, and above all- self respect. If you want me to address YOUR problems, feel free to write to me at rayhanranaofficial@hotmail.com
Relationships define the quality our existence by a huge degree. Absence of quality relationships, though, is not as bad as presence of toxic relationships in life. In this episode, let's look into some key things to keep in mind when being in a relationship.
I've always struggled with content planning. It's not fair to expect the world to always make time to listen to your stories. That said, I don't think that we always seek advice or instructions to improve our lives on the internet. Sometimes, it's just about being able to relate to some good stories and all. So, yeah, I talk about a whole lot of stuff on this podcast. I talk about my personal experiences. I talk about my love for philosophy. I talk about media, culture, movies, art. You name it. I hope that it encourages you as well to start off your own podcast. It doesn't always have to be about garnering a huge audience so that you could generate revenue. That's not the case for me, and I am not working on this with that in mind. To me, it's just like an art form. Not every art needs to be sold. Contact: rayhanranaofficial@hotmail.com
I don't hate Elliott, and this is not a roast. This guy knows his thing when it comes to strength training, in my opinion. However, lately, he has been quite vocal about his views on the role of men and women in the society. Now opinions and views are mere perspectives. He has the right to speak what he wants. However, I wonder if he realizes the fact that thousands and thousands of impressionable young men and kids follow him. They look up to him as a mentor, and as a father figure. People like to pledge their allegiance to an authority. Especially, when you are a kid, you are more likely to do it. I believe that many of what he has said is very derogatory and detrimental to the society as a whole.

You don't hire a pooping coach or a farting guru, do you? Certain things come to us naturally. And, let's say, you have hard time pooping or farting, what do you do? You tweak your diet, may be? You might as well take some antacid? At best, you might consult a LICENCED physician who is has received around a DECADE of training in medical profession. Hunger, lust, pooping, these are all your biological instincts. These are molded by mother nature. Why do you, all of a sudden, now need a guru or a coach to teach you something as natural as pooping or farting? If only had our culture represented women to be normal human beings for most impressionable young men, an average 20 y/o wouldn't make a big deal about this thing. Since when do we have an entire art based around pooping? We don't, right? Why is it the case for doing something as simple as talking to a girl aka a human fcuking being who is just like you!

Soumyabrata is a very old friend of mine who has taught me great many things along the journey. Recently, he has had some ground-breaking experiences during his 10-day Vipassana Retreat. The history of Vipassana could be traced way back to the Great Buddha. In this episode today, we go deep into spirituality, general meditation, Vipassana, mental health, psychology, philosophy, and everything in between. At 18 year old age, I was standing 5"10 at 134 lbs (61 KG). I was as insecure as it gets. At 22, now, I stand 5"11 while sitting at 154 lbs (70 KG). I am in much better shape. I have grown about an inch taller. Did my Insecurities totally fade away? Not really. Did I make peace with it? Heck yeah. Insecurities, I feel, are illusive in nature. Those aren't anything more than beliefs without any solid base. If you do reality check, taking care of yourself should be enough.
