We go Off The Husk with Our Wyoming Life-The Galloway family from Gillette, Wyoming. Our Wyoming life is a social media brand that explores ranch life and invites hundreds of thousands across the globe to join them as they escape the ordinary. Over 10 years ago, Erin and Mike left their corporate jobs in radio to help on Erin's stepdads family cattle ranch. Since then they have not only taken to a whole new life but now they're raising their own family on the ranch. Through multiple videos weekly Mike and Erin hope to entertain, educate and bring awareness to agriculture. They strive to bring the consumer and the producer closer together and to show the story of where our food comes from and the families behind it.
We go Off The Husk with small family farm "Freedom Farms-Travis and Chrissy Linden". Travis is a combat veteran who had dreamed of owning and running his own farm since since he was a kid growing up in Southern Illinois. The military moved Travis and his family all over USA before Travis and Chrissy landed in Texas County Missouri.  They Currently farm under 100 acres of land and raise hair sheep for meat, and our kids raise chickens, sell eggs, and chicks as well.
The Problem... Quantifiable soil health data and standards are lacking. This gap creates uncertainty in how to achieve soil improvements and perpetuates lack of upside for growers.  If standardized and benchmarked, soil health can provide a foundation for farm productivity, land value, crop premiums, and sustainable sourcing. We go Off The Husk with Mitchell Hora and put our butts to the soil.

We don't have a single guest here for this episode of Off the Husk. And I would like to say this was planned and we just decided to do things differently, but really it was just because really- It's a lie. Needed to get the podcast out and we just didn't line up a guest. So what we're going to do is we reached out to nobody, we just generically, generally reached out to everybody on Instagram and Facebook and said, "Ask us a question, and bring us a topic."
